Still waiting back from support since my initial contact on 19 July (102943229543) Account is still frozen and membership expires tomorrow so not sure what’s going to happen there

Also getting a callback is useless because their call centre is unable to directly communicate with the people managing this account stuff. Its as if they’ve designed the organisational structure to have no accountability to customers when things like this happen

Same here , been waiting for weeks for a response . Cant update my apps or anything
