TestFlight mail is not coming even though I resend the invitation.

I want to submit my app for review, but I'm getting this error. When I click 'Edit' under iOS Submission, it redirects me to the 'Prepare for Submission' page, but it doesn't specify exactly what I need to edit. Can you help me with this issue?
