In which files are we supposed to put the translations? Tried a few without success

My critical alerts (launched locally with UNUserNotificationCenter) unfortunately do not play a sound when my device (iPhone 8 / iOS 16.2) is on silent mode. Does anyone has a fix for this?

I've sent three builds today - since more than 6 hours ago - and I've never received the standard emails saying the builds have been processed. Any down services on Apple's side?
