I have published an app as Unlisted on the app store. Can I check if it is possible to distribute unlisted app via Intune?

I am a contractor who build and maintain an custom apps for a client. This is an internal app that will only be used by the client's employees hence they are distributing it via their own MDM. Can I sign and provide the ipa file to my client for their internal distribution? My client do not have any Apple Account.
