Guideline 3.2
Good morning, I have an app that is being rejected for the reason that it does not comply with the guideline 3.2, the app is about a mining company where employees can log in and find out about news and information of interest in the mine, but Likewise, citizens can also access the app in an option called access as a citizen, since it seeks to maintain transparency with the mining project, which is an agreement between a multinational and the Dominican state, Two months ago the app was rejected several times, but after correctly explaining the app it was approved, and it was pending publication. Two weeks ago we resumed the project and made some performance and code improvements but maintaining the same functionalities, so I rejected the binary that I had pending publication to send the new one for review and guess, it was rejected, I have explained it several times The reason why it must be in the app store, because a common citizen must access the app, and I also do not understand why it was rejected by the same reason that I explained two or three months ago and after having an approved binary that was pending of publication if the functionalities and design of the app are the same. I have been answering the rejections by the resolution center for almost two weeks now.

In the In_app array the purchase always comes
We are implementing the in-app purchase of consumable products, which I verified that they are consumable in the app store, according to I was reading the consumable products after finalizing the purchase, this no longer comes in the answer that apple gives you in the In_app arrangement of the object https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstorereceipts/responsebody/receipt Well, it turns out that we are in the development stage and our backend is validating the purchases in the sandbox, but after finalizing a purchase if I send the same recipe data again, I still see the same purchase in the array.
