To keep everyone posted, so far has gone no where.

You will get no where sadly. We have no choice at the moment but use our investment we received for seed round to file a letter from a reputable law firm. We don’t want to go this route, but us not being able to update is a liability we are carrying Since our product is a finical product. Users are complaining day by day as the app is more outdated.

You will not get anywhere sadly. They are doing the same to us. and our team secured seed investment round and cannot push out 3.0 we also never broke a single rule, and respected AppStore guidelines, yet we feel mistreated as bigger apps than us are able to be approved.

Same. Sadly, bigger apps are able to get in review no problem and update. Our business and suers are suffering. We have no choice but to seek legal counsel as it's hurting our business.

Update, no update just yet. We seen many developers also stuck in this process. while other apps are releasing update after update. Today, we had many user complain as the current store version is slowly getting out dated.

Update, still no response & we closed a seed round just last week. Hopefully Apple can finish review process.

@ariho did you get this resolved? As we are waiting as well for quite some time.

Sadly, we have a financial application, and with finance comes a responsibility to deliver the most up-to-date and reliable version to our users. Unfortunately, this delay is having the opposite effect and leaves our customers on an outdated release longer than intended.

Very strange. We are stuck waiting for review. And a lot of developers are as well. But, the bigger apps tend to be approved and released. Hopefully this gets resolved.
