Hello, Anyone already found a solution for this? Currently experiencing the same issue, submitted a build in testflight but unable to install not sure what to do apple support is still not responding.

I am having the same issue, already tried creating a new app and still getting the same issue. Has anyone solved this issue for new apps?

Additional info: This is the first time uploading this app so it's not rejected or removed from sale No pending agreement that needs to be accepted
