Hey guys,I am trying to transfer an app of mine into my company iTunesConnect account but are getting the error:You can't transfer this app because of the following reasons: Sandboxed Group Container You can only transfer sandboxed apps that are not sharing a group container.the thing is, my app isn't using the group container any more, it was in an older version but not the currently shipping version in the Mac App Store.does anyone have any experience with how to go about transferring the app?

hey guys,I am currently selling in the MAS and IOS, and was thinking of incorporating a US company, and transferring ownership of all my apps to the new company apple id. (i assume i will need to create a new company iTunes account?)What I am most interested in is tax laws/requirements. I have no idea how this will work - if it will work?does anyone have experience with this setup?How do i go about transferring income from the company in the US to myself in Australia?Do I pay myself a wage? if so how does this work, as I don't have a social security number.Or do I distribute profits from the company to me? (Im not sure i like this idea, as I think i would be liable to double taxation - first in the US on profits, then again in Australia for the foreign income)I figured id ask here first, as there is sure to be someone else in my unique situation.thanks in advance for any pointers.
