The payment was approved (the invoice shows an amount due of 0.00), but my membership has still not been activated. It has been 7 days, and I have not received any email asking for documents, verification or more information. I am posting with the same Apple ID that I used for the enrollment and the payment. I intended to enroll my company: FRAME STUDIO SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA (Brazil). The invoice was issued in my personal name, so I am not sure whether the enrollment was registered as an individual or as an organization. What I need: Please check why my membership was not activated after the payment. Please confirm whether my enrollment is registered as an individual or as an organization. If anything is missing on my side (a document, a D-U-N-S Number or any other verification), please tell me exactly what to send.
