pasted wrong identifier, I can't create correct one
I accidentally mis-copy-pasted when creating a new app identifier, and I can't create the correct one. I missed the leading "c" and I created An App ID with om.automaticduck.MyApp I deleted it, but now I can't create the correct one. The error says An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.automaticduck.MyApp' is not available. Please enter a different string. Thank you for helping with what I need to do.

How to defend against untrue Spam accusations?
App Store review has twice now rejected our app, but everything they claim is not true. We noticed your app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps submitted to the App Store by other developers, with only minor differences. Not true. There's one other app with similar functionality (which I learned about after opening our TestFlight), but the apps are different enough, and there's room in the world for two apps to tackle a similar user need. Submitting similar or repackaged apps is a form of spam that creates clutter and makes it difficult for users to discover new apps. Repackaged is certainly not true. Some factors that contribute to a spam rejection may include: Submitting an app with the same source code or assets as other apps already submitted to the App Store Creating and submitting multiple similar apps using a repackaged app template Purchasing an app template with problematic code from a third party Submitting several similar apps across multiple accounts None of these bullets apply to us, we are doing none of these things. I have begged in my replies for them to explain to me what they say our app is too similar to, but so far they're not forthcoming. What to do?

Notification of new build upload?
Based on my searching, and pages like this https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/reference/user-notifications/ I don't think it is possible, but one thing I would really like is to be notified when a new build has been uploaded. Engineering uploads a new build, and then I want to test it, so I have to wait for them to tell me a new build has been added to App Store Connect so that I can add it to the internal beta test test, which is me. If engineering doesn't tell me they uploaded their build I have to keep an eye on the builds section and wait for a new one to appear. Is there a notification system for new builds added to the App Store Connect?

Installing Monterrey to test, VMWare or what?
I have an M3 MacBook Pro, running macOS Sonoma 14.1.1. A tester of our app is running Monterrey, and is experiencing something we can't reproduce, so I need to set up a Monterrey environment. I searched for information here about VMs, and found an article about using VM Frameworks and Xcode, but I am not a programmer in any way. I used to use VMware years ago to host Windows and Linux machines on my Mac, but Google searching leads me to a 2 year old post about Parallels https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/tuxfzq/how_can_i_run_macos_monterrey_in_a_virtual/ Can I get a suggestion for how to create and use VMs on Apple Silicon to test older OSs? Thank you.

Unresolved issues flag on released app
I have an app that was rejected but then later accepted. The app has since been updated to 1.0.2, but I still have a red stop sign icon on this app in App Store Connect. I have messaged asking how to remove the flag since the app has been accepted, but no reply yet. Can I clear this Unresolved issues flag?

How do we find out WHY customers got a refund
It looks like we've had a couple product refunds in the last 90 days. How do we find out WHY the people requested a refund? It would be good to know if there's a problem that these customers experienced.

Why can't we see beta tester crashes in Xcode?
App Store Connect > TestFlight shows that one of our testers experienced some crashing. But why do these crash logs not appear in Xcode? Xcode is set to show the app I have in App Store Connect, but Xcode reports no crash logs.
