In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment. Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains. Hello, I represent a registered business operating under a developer account that has always followed Apple’s guidelines, complied fully with review requests, and submitted documentation whenever asked. We have never knowingly violated any policy, and we categorically deny any dishonest or fraudulent behavior. Last week, our developer account was suddenly terminated without any prior warning or opportunity to address concerns. The message provided no specific reason, no actionable details, and no path to resolution. This has left us completely locked out — unable to appeal through standard channels, and unable to contact anyone directly. It’s shocking, disorienting, and devastating to a legitimate business with employees, users, and operations depending on this platform. To make matters worse, this is not the first time. A previous termination notice was sent weeks ago and then — after we submitted a respectful and professional appeal — Apple quietly reversed the decision overnight, without any explanation or follow-up. We were left to assume it was a mistake. We had hoped that incident was rare and behind us. Now it’s happening again, without explanation, and without a human conversation. We are losing money and users every day, and we’re still in the dark about what Apple believes we did wrong — because no one has told us. We submitted a support ticket (ID: 102590329012), but have received no reply. We are committed to transparency, and we’re ready to provide any information needed. But we need someone to acknowledge this issue and help us find a path forward. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows of escalation methods that worked, please share. When I have created my developer account I do it on a MacPro 2019. Now I develop to a new silicon Mac. To submit the (Mac) application App store Connect give a six-digit verification code. This code must be enter to popup window that appear on Desktop. But the popup window appear on MacPro 2019 instead of silicon Mac. How can I receive popup window in the silicon Mac Desktop, not in MacPro 2019 ? iCloud staff tell that it imposible to change the computer destination that receive popup window... Is it true ? Yes, I can use phone to enter the six-digit verification code but it is very more easy to enter the code in the popup window.

Good day) I am developing an application for generating PKPASS in Java. PKPASS itself is generated and installed on the device and updated. But I encountered a problem. When sending information about the update to the APNs service, PKPASS is updated, but the push notification is not shown on the device. On the device, all tooltypes are set to receive the update. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

Hi team, I applied to the Apple Developer Program as a company and was finally approved after 4 weeks. However, the payment portal wouldn’t work (Apple confirmed the issue was on their end), and support advised me to use the Apple Developer app to complete payment. Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot

We’ve been trying to complete enrollment in the Apple Developer Program as a UK-registered company for over a month now, but we’re still blocked without a solution. We’ve opened multiple support cases, including: Case #102640946883 – Identity verification fails in the Developer App. A valid Spanish government-issued ID is rejected because it doesn’t match the Apple ID region (UK), even though the company and bank are UK-based. We were told this was escalated on 16 July, but we’ve received no update since. Case #102649610325 – Payment attempts fail when enrolling via the web portal. We’ve tried 4 different cards, 2 banks (Wise & Lloyds), and even a card previously used to enroll successfully. Banks confirm Apple is not even submitting a payment attempt. We've followed all instructions (Private Safari window, re-submitted enrollment, etc.), but nothing works. No resolution or clarification has been provided, and the situation is seriously impacting our operations and client timeline. We are requesting: An update on the escalated identity verification issue (Case #102640946883) Clarification on whether our entity is being blocked internally from enrolling Escalation to someone who can provide a real resolution We would appreciate any help or visibility from Apple Developer Relations or anyone with similar experience.
