Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on 15 October (India). The payment went through and I received the subscription confirmation email the same day. On 16 October Apple asked me to upload identity documents, which I did that day, and on 17 October I received the "We received your documents" email. Since then there has been no update, and my account still shows enrollment as pending. Is this normal, and roughly how long does it take after document verification? Is there anything I should do while waiting, or just be patient? Thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual, but my enrollment seems to be stuck on the United Kingdom even though my Apple Account is now set to Germany. My Apple Account was originally created/set to the UK several years ago. I currently live in Germany and have changed the Country/Region to Germany. Current situation: Apple Account Country/Region: Germany App Store / Media & Purchases region: Germany My billing address correctly shows my German street, postcode, and city Developer Program enrollment shows the membership price in GBP When I click Enroll, I am redirected to the UK Apple Store to complete the purchase The UK Apple Store checkout locked into the UK as a country, so I cannot correctly enter my German billing information. The Apple Developer app says: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit developer.apple.com/programs/ enroll.”, so I cannot use the in-app enrollment instead I have checked my Apple Account, App Store, Media & Purchases, payment information, and Country/Region settings. Everything I can change shows Germany. I have also signed out/in and restarted the Mac, but nothing changed. It looks like some old UK country information is still attached to my account and is being used specifically for the Developer Program enrollment. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support, but I haven't received a response for now a week. Has anyone experienced this after changing their Apple Account country? Is there any way to reset the Developer Program enrollment, billing country so that it correctly uses Germany? Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual / Sole Proprietor. My original enrollment was submitted on October 2, 2026. The related Apple Store order has remained in “Processing” for more than two weeks. My Developer account stayed in Pending status, while the portal continued to ask me to complete the membership purchase. I also opened multiple Developer Support cases but have not received a substantive response. I have now withdrawn the original enrollment and started a new enrollment, but the old Apple Store order still appears as Processing. I do not want to submit another payment while the previous order is still active, because I want to avoid a duplicate charge or duplicate order. Apple Turkey informed me that Developer Program enrollment approval is not handled by the local Apple team. Could Apple Developer Support please review whether my enrollment/payment state is stuck and advise whether the old order needs to be cancelled before I proceed with a new payment? I can provide the order number, case IDs, invoice, and any additional account details privately if needed. Thank you.

At Setembet 15 I did payment to renewal Developer Account, my credit is charged and get invoice from Apple. On Oct 16 I get my account expried and click to do manual payment again, it recharged again but still not active my account. I need to update my app on apple store. Sent question for Apple Support for long time but not get response. I think this way is not good

I am starting to feel i was scammed when i enrolled to this program. I paid on the right site using my macbook and was charged. been weeks when i followed up why my account is still pending. i was informed that apple.com didn't receive my payment because I cancelled my registration. "WHAT WOULD I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?" when my intention is to register and paid the enrollment. My bank is requiring me for an email coming from apple confirming that they did not recieve my payment so that they can refund me. been a week and yet no reply. Frustrated!

I am the authorized representative of a company with an existing D-U-N-S Number. I submitted a request to convert my existing membership to an Organization membership. I have sent three emails and opened an additional support case, but I have not received a response yet, for over 4 days now. I need assistance converting the existing membership so that the company can be recognized as the legal seller of our application and the associated App Store proceeds and tax information can be set up correctly. Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on August 13, 2026, and completed the $99 membership payment successfully. After enrollment, Apple Developer Relations requested additional documents for verification. I submitted all the requested documents and later received an email confirming: “Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you as soon as possible.” My membership is still not activated, and I have not received any further update yet. Has anyone recently gone through the same verification process? I would like to know: How long document verification normally takes after Apple confirms receipt. Whether any additional action is required from my side. Whether there is a recommended way to contact Developer Support regarding a pending enrollment. If the membership payment/order being completed means I only need to wait for the verification process to finish. I've requested the migration about 4 weeks ago. I received an email from Apple Support about 2 weeks ago, that we can start with the conversion of the account from "individual" to "organization". The message itself offered no actual instructions on how to do that, it just laid out the steps I had already taken to do the conversion. I've requested an updated to my case 9 days ago and still no response. Please advise. Thank you

I'm trying to notarize a macOS app under my individual team, WPJCQG3698. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program in June 2026. Membership is active, all agreements are accepted, and the Developer ID Application certificate is valid. All 12 notarytool submissions since June 20 have failed the same way: statusCode: 7000 statusSummary: Team is not yet configured for notarization issues: null I'm authenticating with an App Store Connect team API key. Authentication and upload succeed every time, then the submission gets rejected in under a minute. As a control I copied /bin/ls, signed the copy with the same certificate, and submitted that. Same error, so it doesn't look app-specific. The latest submission is 03369f51-9929-4ec1-8940-e488cf1d00a7, uploaded 2026-07-10T08:30Z. Developer Programs Support case 102922992178 has been open since June 23 and was escalated to engineering on July 7. I retried today and nothing changed. This has been blocking our macOS release for three weeks now and I'm out of things to check on my side. Have I missed an account-side step, or is this something only Developer Programs Support can fix for the team?

Through this case, I was told to upload additional documents and that it has been "transferred to a senior advisor for further review." The link that support gave me didn't allow either of my emails to submit files, so I attached them to the email and replied on Sept. 7. Support said they received them. I cannot complete my Apple Developer Program membership purchase. I have attempted the US$99 purchase five times since 17 July 2026. Each attempt behaves identically: I receive the Order Acknowledgement email stating the order will be processed within 2 business days, but the payment is never actually charged — no funds are ever debited from my card — and the enrollment status remains "Pending" indefinitely. No error message, no decline notice. This looks like the authorization succeeds while the capture never completes, after which the order sits in Pending forever instead of failing cleanly so I could retry with a different method. Entity type: Individual Apple Account region: Kazakhstan Support case opened today: 20000121077930 (no reply yet) Two questions for anyone who has been through this: Did a stuck Pending order have to be cancelled by Apple before a new payment attempt could succeed? For accounts where card payments never capture, did paying from Apple Account balance (gift card) work instead?

I have emailed developer support several time and have not received a response. When I call customer support all they can tell me is to email developer support. Hello everyone! While enrolling on the Apple Developer account, I entered the completely wrong legal first and last name. I realized it after Apple sent me an email with ID verification, and I immediately changed my name in Apple ID, but it did not change on the Upload ID page. If I send an ID with the right name, will I be verified? Otherwise, is there a way I can correct that?
