Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck — payment not processed and no support response
Hi, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program more than two days ago and received the Order Acknowledgement email for the $99 membership purchase. However, the enrollment is still not completed. Current situation: I received the order acknowledgement from Apple. My Developer account still shows “Complete your purchase.” My bank has not received any authorization or charge attempt from Apple. I contacted Apple Developer Support by email but have not received a response. I also called Developer Support and waited on hold for around 30 minutes without reaching an agent. I have already checked with my bank and there does not appear to be any issue blocking international/USD transactions. I don't want to create another order because I'm concerned that Apple may eventually process the original one and charge me twice. Has anyone recently experienced the same issue? If an Apple Developer Support representative sees this, could you please advise whether my enrollment/payment can be manually reviewed or escalated to the Enrollment/Payments team? I have my Enrollment ID, order information, and support case details available and can provide them privately if required. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Payment Successful, but Enrollment Still Pending After a Week
Hi everyone, I'm new here in apple dev I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the payment successfully about a week ago. The payment has already gone through, but my enrollment still hasn’t been activated. I also haven’t received any update from Apple regarding the status of my enrollment, and I haven’t been able to get a any response from Apple Support. Is it normal for Apple Developer Program enrollment to take more than a week after a successful payment? Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, how long did it take before your account was activated? Thanks for any help or advice.

Apple Developer membership active but App Store Connect still shows “Membership Expired” after renewal
Hello, I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on August 8, 2026. The payment was successfully processed, I received the payment receipt and renewal confirmation, and the Apple Developer website shows that my membership is active until August 9, 2027. However, App Store Connect still displays: “Developer Program Membership Expired” I am the Account Holder, all available agreements have been accepted, and I have already tried signing out/in, different browsers, clearing browser data, and private/incognito sessions. Apple Developer Support has already confirmed to me that: “the renewal was successful, and your account is fully active.” Despite this, App Store Connect continues to consider the membership expired. This is also preventing me from using the App Store Connect API and uploading new builds to TestFlight. I currently have an open Developer Support case and have also contacted Development and Technical Support. I found another recent thread describing a very similar issue: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/841607 In that case, Apple Developer Support confirmed that there was an issue with the renewed membership information being reflected in App Store Connect and that corrective action was required from Developer Support. My issue has now persisted for almost two weeks. Has anyone else experienced this recently, or could an Apple Developer Support representative please check whether my App Store Connect account requires the same corrective action? Thank you.

Enrollment blocked: "ID Verification Rejected" and support's only advice is impossible to follow
Hi all, Posting here because I've exhausted the Developer Support channel and I'm hoping someone in the community has seen this before, or can point me toward a path that actually leads somewhere. What happened I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the Developer app on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I uploaded my passport as prompted and entered my address in Latin characters. I then got an error screen saying there may be an issue with my account that needs to be resolved before I can continue, and to contact Support. The enrollment button now reads "ID Verification Rejected." I have since also attempted enrollment through the web at developer.apple.com. Same result. This appears to rule out the Developer app's device check as the cause, and suggests the block sits on the account itself. What Support told me After several weeks and multiple exchanges, the answer I keep receiving is that my device is listed as a trusted device on other Apple Accounts, and that I need to contact whoever controls those accounts and have my device removed. They've also told me they can't disclose which accounts those are. So the instruction is: fix a problem by contacting people whose identity Apple won't reveal. I've also tried reaching Developer Support by phone. I've sat on hold for up to three hours on multiple attempts and never reached anyone. Email replies come back every few days and repeat the same instruction. What I've already checked I own the device, the phone number, and both of my Apple Accounts. My two accounts use different trusted phone numbers and different devices. Nothing is shared between them. I've checked every account belonging to people in my household. Nothing is shared or borrowed. Enrollment fails identically through the web and through the app. Where that leaves me Either Apple's records are wrong and my device or number is flagged in error, or an account I don't control genuinely has my device listed as trusted, which would be a security concern that I can't investigate without information only Apple has. Either way, I don't see how the resolution is on my end. What's stopping me from just throwing money at this is that I don't know what's actually flagged. If it's the device, a new iPhone fixes it. If it's my phone number or my Apple Account, I could buy a new phone, a new number, and a new email and still land on the same screen, out well over a thousand dollars with nothing to show. Nobody at Apple will tell me which it is, so any purchase is a guess. That's the part I find hardest to accept. What I'm asking the community Has anyone hit "ID Verification Rejected" during enrollment and gotten past it? What actually worked? Given that web and app enrollment both fail the same way, has anyone seen an account-level verification flag like this get cleared, and what triggered the clearing? Is there any way to see or reset which accounts list a device as trusted, from the device owner's side? Is there an escalation route that actually connects to a human? Three-hour phone holds with no answer and repeating email replies have gotten me nowhere. Does Feedback Assistant work for this, or is there a specific team that handles enrollment identity issues? Any pointers appreciated. I've been stuck on this for weeks, and I'd rather find the right door than keep knocking on the same one. Thanks.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment – Identity Verification Pending for Over a Week, No Response
Hello, I'm writing to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if there's any known way to escalate. Timeline: Wednesday, August 19, 2026: Submitted my government-issued ID for identity verification (requested before I could proceed to payment). Friday, August 21, 2026: Sent an email to Apple Support — no response. Monday, August 24, 2026: Sent a second follow-up email under the same case — still no response. Today (August 25): Still pending, no confirmation of receipt, no request for additional documents, no explanation. My legal name matches exactly what's on my Apple ID (including middle name), so I don't believe this is a name-matching issue. I also tried requesting a callback, but the phone form does not list a country code for Senegal, so I haven't been able to get a call scheduled either. Has anyone recently gone through the same situation with identity verification stuck before the payment step? How long did it take, and did escalating actually help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated — this is blocking my ability to move forward with development.

Apple Developer enrollment blocked for 3+ weeks — support has not resolved “Unable to Continue”
Apple Developer enrollment blocked for 3+ weeks — support has not resolved “Unable to Continue” I have now been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for more than three weeks, and this is becoming extremely frustrating. Every single time I open the Apple Developer app and click “Enroll Now,” I immediately get: Unable to Continue Contact support at developer.apple.com/contact/ That is it. The enrollment process does not even begin. I cannot reach identity verification, enter enrollment details, or make the payment. I contacted Apple Developer Support as instructed. After waiting for responses, I was given a standard troubleshooting checklist. I followed it thoroughly. My setup: MacBook Air 13-inch (2024), Apple M3 macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 Latest available Apple Developer app Same Apple Account signed into macOS and the Developer app iCloud enabled and working Mac security requirements enabled Stable internet connection Different network also tested Developer app completely deleted and reinstalled Mac restarted and enrollment attempted again Nothing changed. The exact same “Unable to Continue” message appears immediately after clicking Enroll Now. At this point, repeatedly being given basic troubleshooting instructions is not solving the problem. What is particularly frustrating is the support experience. Email responses take an extremely long time, the responses so far have not addressed the underlying problem, and attempts to reach Developer Support by phone have gone unanswered. I have now been blocked from purchasing an Apple Developer Program membership for over three weeks, despite having a compatible Mac, a working Apple Account and iCloud setup, and having completed the troubleshooting requested by Apple. I am actively developing an iOS application, and this unresolved enrollment problem is directly blocking me from moving forward with distribution and release. I need an actual resolution rather than another repetition of the same troubleshooting checklist. Has anyone here experienced the exact situation where “Enroll Now” immediately returns “Unable to Continue” before the enrollment process even starts? If so: Did Apple eventually identify an account-side enrollment restriction? Did Developer Support have to manually reset or unblock the account? How did you get the case escalated to someone who could actually investigate the enrollment status? Is there a reliable escalation channel when Developer Support email and phone support are not resolving the issue? After more than three weeks of being unable to even begin enrollment, I would appreciate either a solution from someone who has experienced this or guidance from Apple on how this can be properly escalated.

Organization enrollment in review for 14 days — Enrollment ID JUNQF6729B
My organization enrollment has been in review for 14 days with no request for additional documentation and no status update since the initial confirmation email. Enrollment ID: JUNQF6729B Entity type: Company/Organization Legal entity name: Blue Fountain Interactive Ltd. Date submitted: August 10, 2026 Verified on my side: Two-factor authentication is enabled on the Apple Account used to enroll Legal entity name matches the D-U-N-S lookup exactly D-U-N-S number is active and was accepted at submission Account email is active and receiving mail (spam checked) Organization website is publicly available and on our own domain Payment was completed with the same Apple Account There has been no documentation request, no verification call, and no explanation for the delay. Could someone from Apple review this enrollment and confirm whether anything is currently required from me? If documentation was requested and did not reach me, I can provide it the same day. I am also available for a verification call at the number on the enrollment. Thank you.

Individual enrollment stuck in Pending after two uncharged orders — Case 20000137545342
Hello, I’m posting here because the standard Developer Support channels have not resolved my Apple Developer Program enrollment. Enrollment type: Individual Enrollment ID: FQ4P5R6KZD Support case: 20000137545342 Timeline: My identity was initially selected for additional compliance verification. I uploaded my valid passport, and Apple later confirmed that I could complete the enrollment. Order D005117023 was submitted on August 12, 2026. The card was never charged, and Developer Support later confirmed that this order had failed. Order D005135435 was submitted on August 18, 2026. Again, the issuing bank received no authorization attempt, the card was not charged, and the developer website returned to “Purchase your membership.” I followed up through the existing support case and explicitly requested escalation to the Enrollment and Payments team, but have not received a response. I also requested a callback and remained on hold for more than one hour without reaching an agent. This does not appear to be a card decline because neither order reached the issuing bank. My identity verification was successfully completed, but the enrollment/payment state appears to be stuck in Apple’s backend. Could Apple Developer Support please review case 20000137545342 and either: clear or reset the stuck enrollment/payment state; confirm whether an additional compliance hold still exists; or provide a supported way to complete the existing enrollment without submitting a third order? Thank you, Alexander

Apple Developer Program renewal stuck 8+ days after payment (Case ID: 20000140556651)
Hello, I'm looking for guidance on a stuck Apple Developer Program renewal. Timeline: Previous membership expired: August 14, 2026 Submitted renewal request: August 16, 2026 $99 renewal fee charged successfully the same day As of today (August 24, 2026), account still shows as expired, renewal not completed I have two open support cases with no substantive resolution: Case ID: 20000141562551 (emails Aug 19, Aug 21) Case ID: 20000140556651 (emails Aug 18, Aug 20) I also submitted a follow-up email on Aug 24 (new case created: 20000145979208). The "Call" contact option on the case page does not open any phone number input form when clicked. Could anyone from Apple, or anyone who's resolved a similar renewal delay, advise on: What is typically causing this kind of delay after successful payment? Is there a way to get a status update beyond waiting for email replies? Any escalation path that has worked for others? This is blocking client work, so any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

How Can Indian Academic Institutions Enroll in the Apple Developer Program at No Cost!
I recently had the opportunity to work through the process of getting access to the Apple Developer Program at no cost for an academic institution in India. I wanted to share my experience because when I started exploring this, it wasn’t easy to find a simple explanation from the perspective of an Indian student or academic institution. This post is based on my experience with my institution. Requirements and verification may vary depending on the institution and Apple’s current enrollment process. A Little About My Journey I am a iOS Engineer and a student at a technical college in Nagpur, India. I am also the Founder & Originator of Swift Nagpur, a local initiative bringing together people interested in Swift and development for Apple platforms. Taking this initiative as a student was an interesting journey. As far as I am aware, I was the first person from my city to take this route and work through the process with an academic institution. When I started, I did not have a straightforward reference explaining the process from a student’s perspective. The biggest thing I learned is that students can take initiative. You do not have to wait for someone else to discover an opportunity. Research the process, approach your faculty and HOD, explain what you want to achieve, and work with your institution’s administration and authorized representatives. The Process I Followed 1. Create an Apple Account An Apple Account is required to get started, and creating one is free. Make sure the account information is accurate, as it will be used during enrollment. Create Account 2. Have Access to a Mac or iPhone You will need access to a Mac or iPhone because the enrollment process I followed was initiated through the Apple Developer app. In my case, having access to a Mac was important. I was the student taking the initiative and had access to the Mac needed for enrollment. This was also one reason my faculty trusted me to coordinate the process after appropriate authorization was arranged. macOS App iOS App 3. Check Your Institution’s D-U-N-S Number The academic institution needs a D-U-N-S Number for organizational verification. If your institution does not already have one, it may be possible to request one without charge. Make sure the institution’s legal name, address, organization details, and contact information match its official records. D-U-N-S Lookup 4. Keep Institutional Documents Ready During the process, documentation establishing the institution’s identity and status may be required. In my experience, an incorporation or registration certificate was relevant. Accreditation-related documentation may also be useful or accepted depending on the verification. Work with your institution’s administration and keep appropriate official documentation ready. 5. Institutional Verification Is Important This is not something a student should try to complete independently. An employee and the appropriate institutional authority or head should be involved because Apple may need to verify the institution and the authority of the person representing it. A student can initiate, research, explain, and coordinate while the institution provides the necessary authorization and verification. 6. What If You Are a Student Doing This for Your Institution? This was an important part of my journey because I was a student taking the initiative rather than an employee. If you are a student and discover this opportunity, first understand the process. Then speak with your faculty, HOD, institutional administration, and appropriate authority. Explain what the Apple Developer Program is, how it could benefit students and the institution, what enrollment involves, and what authorization you need. Signing Authority in My Case In my case, I was given Signing Authority specifically for this enrollment process. This was not general authority to act or sign on behalf of my institution. It was authorization specifically for this process and for a limited purpose and duration. I had access to the Mac required for enrollment, had taken the initiative to understand the process, and was trusted by my faculty to coordinate it. With their support, appropriate authorization was arranged so I could proceed with enrollment and verification while working with the relevant institutional representatives. For me, this was a significant responsibility. Being trusted with Signing Authority meant understanding that I was representing my institution and needed to handle the process responsibly. If you are a student in a similar position, do not assume that being a student automatically gives you authority to represent your institution. Talk to your faculty and HOD first and let your institution determine the appropriate authorization. Something I Learned From This Experience One of the biggest things this experience taught me is that being a student does not mean you cannot initiate something at an institutional level. If you discover an opportunity that could benefit your college and other students: research it, understand it, talk to your faculty, explain it, ask for guidance, and take the initiative. For me, this journey was about more than accessing the Apple Developer Program it was about connecting Apple’s developer ecosystem with my institution, faculty, and fellow students. Why I am Sharing This With Other Indian Institutions Opportunities around Apple platform development do not have to be limited to students from a small number of institutions or major technology hubs. Students from other cities can take initiative too. As the Founder & Originator of Swift Nagpur, I want to see more students in Nagpur and across India exploring Swift, developing for Apple platforms, sharing knowledge and building developer communities within their institutions and cities. I hope documenting my experience makes the path clearer for another student, faculty member, HOD, or academic institution trying to understand where to begin. Please remember that this is my personal experience, not an official Apple enrollment guide. Always refer to Apple’s current requirements. If my experience can help another student or institution take its first step into the Apple developer ecosystem, sharing it here is worthwhile. I hope this helps many. Apple Developer Enrollment Issue in Turkey – Turkish ID Not Accepted and App Enrollment Disabled
Hi everyone, I’m having an issue enrolling in the Apple Developer Program from Turkey. I first tried to enroll through the Apple Developer app. I scanned my Turkish ID card multiple times, but it was never accepted. Most of the time I received this error: “Your identity couldn't be verified because the ID you submitted isn't accepted for your region or doesn't match the document type you selected.” On some attempts, I also received errors saying that the ID photo was blurry, even though the card and all information were clearly visible. After that, I tried enrolling through the Apple Developer website. I later withdrew that enrollment. However, after withdrawing the web enrollment, the Enroll button in the Apple Developer app became unavailable, and I now see this message: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” A few additional details: I live in Turkey. My Apple Account region is set to Turkey. My phone is also registered in Turkey. I am not using a VPN. My phone number is also associated with another regular Apple Account. However, this phone number has never been associated with an Apple Developer Program membership or Developer Account. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, especially with Turkish ID verification? Is there any way to reset the enrollment or identity verification status so I can try enrolling through the Apple Developer app again? Thanks!

Apple Developer Account Enrolment Issue
I am writing this with deep disappointment regarding the Apple Developer Program enrollment process, which has become a significant challenge for me. I provided my card information to complete the payment and initially waited for two business days. However, it has now been almost seven days, and I have still not received any update regarding my account enrollment. I am a professional iOS developer and need to enroll in the Apple Developer Program to publish my applications. Unfortunately, what should be a straightforward process has become unnecessarily cumbersome. I have already been trying to complete the enrollment for almost two weeks, with no clear resolution or timeline. This experience has been particularly frustrating for developers in Pakistan, where the enrollment and payment process appears to involve additional difficulties. I would appreciate it if anyone could please help with proper processes and timelines.

Individual Enrollment Paid on Aug 19, Still Not Activated (Invoice #MD00979951)
Hello, I enrolled as an individual developer and completed payment on August 19, 2026. It has now been 6 days with no activation and no communication from Apple, well past the 24-hour confirmation window and the "2 business days" response time I was quoted by support. Details: Invoice Number: MD00979951 Web Order Number: D005142767 Sales Order Number: AFA7666265 I've since seen several other threads here reporting the exact same pattern in 2026 — payment processed, account stuck in "pending," support tickets escalated with no follow-up, callback requests never returned. This looks like a systemic issue on Apple's end, not an isolated case. Could someone from Apple please look into my enrollment and activate it, or explain what's blocking it? Thank you.

Developer Program enrollment not completing - Apple Support unresponsive
Hi everyone, Before posting this, I spent a lot of time reading through existing threads here, and it's becoming clear that I'm far from alone. A large number of developers seem to be stuck on essentially the same issue: the Apple Developer Program enrollment process simply isn't working, and Apple Support is either unresponsive or unable to resolve it. Here's my situation: I completed every step of the enrollment process correctly. When asked, I submitted my ID for verification and then submitted it again upon a second request. All my information has been verified, and I've received invoices confirming payment. I was told the process would take up to 48 hours. It has now been 1 week with no progress. Strangely, I even received a shipment tracking link, which makes no sense to me in the context of a digital developer account enrollment. What I genuinely don't understand is this: how is it possible that so many people - myself included - are stuck in the exact same loop, with no response from Apple Support, no working solution shared in the forums, and yet we're all being charged for a membership we can't actually access or use? I'm not trying to vent for the sake of it. I'd really appreciate it if: Anyone from Apple could clarify what's going on with enrollment processing right now. Anyone who managed to resolve this could share what actually worked for them (specific contact channels, escalation paths, anything). If there's a known issue on Apple's side, even an acknowledgment would go a long way. Right now it feels like we've paid for a service that simply doesn't deliver, with no way to reach anyone who can help. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this. Best regards

Wi-fi problems with my iphone 17 pro with ios 27 developer beta
Wi-Fi connectivity issues on iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 27 Developer Beta. The device randomly disconnects from Wi-Fi, while all other devices on the same Wi-Fi 6 network remain connected normally. The network uses fiber-optic internet. The issue appears to be isolated to the iPhone 17 Pro and may be related to the current iOS 27 Developer Beta.

Apple Developer membership active but App Store Connect still shows “Membership Expired” after renewal

I can’t pay for the Apple Developer Fee , i need help
Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m currently unable to complete the payment for the Apple Developer Program fee. I’ve tried multiple times, but the payment doesn’t go through. I’d appreciate any advice on how I can resolve this issue or what alternatives are available. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support, but I’m still waiting for a resolution. Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows what I should do? Thank you for your help.

Vedang Kulkarni Founder & Originator, Swift Nagpur
