I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token any solution or workaround? Thanks

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). I tried it many times with same result. I don't know what is wrong.

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?

I didn’t get any follow up email from apple and the app is asking me to pay again for the membership even though you can see the active subscription

Hello, We‘ve submitted for enrollment as an organization in December. So far it is still pending, and we get same reply from developer support team: Your enrollment is pending. How else can we contact Apple team? How long can this take?

Is there anyone here who can provide an answer, or is it related to someone who belongs to the App Review department at Apple? We uploaded an app to the App Store and discovered a bug that disables activity. We uploaded an update with the bug fix and now we are waiting for Apple to review the latest version and approve uploading it to the store. Thousands of users are waiting and leaving us. Losses of a lot of money and more importantly - a bad user experience. If there is anyone here who can help us, or knows someone who can speed up the process, we are more than happy!!! It is critical and urgent. And yes, we signed up for Apple's fast track program... It didn't help. Thanks!

Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

I can't create a developer account. After an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account expires, can certificates and provisioning profiles still work if they are within their valid period? Do apps continue working for up to 90 days? I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error: "The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team." Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke." Steps I've tried so far: Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache Logged out and back into my Developer account Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks) Additional Info: The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution. The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it
