Hello
Somehow I let my Developer Account lapse - and now our App has been removed.
I cannot find the renewal area in the Developer portal - there is an "Enrol Today" button, but when I select this - I get an error screen "Sorry, you can't enrol at this time - Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership."
I have no idea how to proceed!
Please help Apple!

I updated to iOS 18.4 beta developers and set the language of Siri and the phone to Spanish (Spain). Apple Intelligence says downloading but it never finishes. It has been connected to the wifi and plugged into the power for more than 12 hours.
Hello everyone,
I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple.
Note: I am located in France.
I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website.
No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else.
Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side...
Would you have any suggestions or solutions? Thank you so much, your responses are greatly appreciated!

My apple account region was set to US. I am not in US and don't have an American phone number.
When I first tried to enroll with non-American number and Region set to US, I got an error.
I have changed my region after that and when I am trying to change the details, I am landing on "Select your entity type." page and not on the page where I have to input my details.
Contacted support and no answer. Can anyone advise what to do?

Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app?
App crashes on the main thread with EXC_BREAKPOINT.
Below is the truncated stack trace before the crash:
0x000000018fff6044 (CoreText + 0x00069044) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const
0x000000018fff5938 (CoreText + 0x00068938) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const
0x000000018fff478c (CoreText + 0x0006778c) TLine::CharIndexToOffsets(long) const
0x000000018fff4564 (CoreText + 0x00067564) CTLineGetOffsetForStringIndex
...
[internal code]
Aside: I wonder if this has anything to do with some visibly hidden unicode characters.
I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."

Hello ,
I need some help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
I purchased the Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time).
The payment was successfully processed by my bank, and I also received the official Apple Store receipt email confirming the purchase.
However, my Developer account still shows:
• “Purchase your membership”
• “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.”
• Enrollment status: Pending
• App Store Connect still not accessible
It has now been more than 5 days, and the enrollment has not been activated.
Here are the details:
• Region: Turkey
• Payment amount: 1029 TRY (local pricing for the Developer Program)
• Payment status: Completed / Posted (not pending)
• Case ID with Apple Support: 102769533427
• I have already opened a support case, but there has been no resolution yet.
I would appreciate any guidance from others who experienced similar issues.
Is this a known delay for Turkey-based accounts, or does it usually require manual activation by Apple Support?
Any suggestions or insights would be very helpful.
Thank you!

I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt.
Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx.
I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1.

What else can I do?

We are Chengdu Wang Lida Technology Co., Ltd.. Over the past year, we invested tremendous time, effort, and resources to successfully launch our app on the App Store. However, despite spending a full year developing and finally getting our app approved, just one month after its launch, we suddenly received an email notifying us that our developer account had been suspended for one year due to a violation of Section 3.2(f) (fraudulent behavior).
We are deeply confused and disappointed. As developers, we have never engaged in any fraudulent or misleading activities. We have always operated in full compliance with Apple’s Developer Program Agreement and platform guidelines. Our question is: who would deliberately engage in fraudulent behavior after spending an entire year developing and launching an app?
What’s even more heart-wrenching is the impact this decision has had on our team. Due to the overwhelming pressure, our project leader suffered a sudden heart attack and was rushed to the ICU. As team members, we are devastated and feel the immense psychological and emotional toll this account suspension has caused.
We are now calling on the Apple community and Apple Inc. to help us clarify this misunderstanding and resolve the issue. We firmly believe that such an arbitrary and unfounded account suspension decision should not be made. As developers, we should have the opportunity to communicate and clarify before such drastic actions are taken.
We will be filing complaints against Apple’s inexplicable account suspension both on the developer forums and in the media. We will fight this inequality with all we have, and stand for fairness and justice.
We are more than willing to cooperate with Apple, providing all the necessary evidence and data to prove that our actions were fully compliant. We sincerely request that Apple review our case and provide a reasonable explanation and solution.
As a small development team, we have invested all of our money and effort into this app. It is not just our job; it is our dream. We cannot accept seeing our hard work destroyed by such a misunderstanding. We will continue to fight for fairness and justice, and we hope for a fair resolution.
Thank you for your attention and support. We will continue to pursue all legal channels to ensure that our team and our product get the rights they deserve.

We applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 28, and our enrollment has been stuck in review since then — over three weeks now. We have already submitted all required documents, including:
Turkish National ID and Passport
Estonian e-Residency Card
Company registration documents from the Estonian e-Business Register
D-U-N-S number
VAT and Registry information
Detailed explanations as a sole founder and legal representative
Enrollment Case number is 102586593909
We even had a follow-up phone call with Apple Developer Support (Case ID: 102589592062) and were told the submitted documents should be sufficient. I also followed all upload instructions and confirmed that the files were delivered successfully.
Despite all this, we haven’t received any updates, timelines, or specific feedback on what’s missing — if anything at all.
✅ Meanwhile, we’ve completed similar business verification processes with Google, Meta, and Stripe within 48 hours.
We’re trying to launch our app under an officially registered business (Mobisense OÜ), and this delay is affecting our go-to-market timeline and business operations.
🔹 Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently?
🔹 Is there a reliable way to escalate or request an actual review update?
Apple, please review this case and help move the process forward.
Thank you.

Regarding the Small Business Program (https://developer.apple.com/cn/app-store/small-business-program/#faq), I have a question about the policy statement:
"If a participating developer surpasses the 1 million USD threshold in the current calendar year, the standard commission rate will apply to future sales."
Question:
How is the exact date calculated for reverting to the standard commission rate?
For example, if a developer’s proceeds exceed $1 million on April 20, 2025, when does the standard commission rate take effect? Specifically:
Is the standard commission rate applied immediately on April 21, 2025?
Does it take effect at the start of the next calendar month (May 2025)?
Or is it triggered when the payment cycle closes (e.g., June 2025 when the billing statement is generated)?
Thank you for your assistance!

for over 2 months, I have peen trying to purchase apple developer account, I have submitted duns number, they also requested other verification details which I have submitted over 2 months, and I have tried chatting apple support and they keep telling me it under review for more than 2 months, currently they are not replying my chat
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but every time I scan my ID, I get this error:
“Unable to Send Information – Your information could not be sent due to a connection error.”
I’ve tried different networks, devices, and browsers. I also asked several friends—both inside and outside the country—to try, and they all faced the same issue.
I contacted Apple Developer Support, but the experience was frustrating:
• Long wait times on the phone
• No real solutions beyond basic troubleshooting
• No explanation for the issue—just “Everything looks fine on our end.”
This seems like a widespread issue. Has anyone found a fix? Also, Apple really needs to improve their Developer Support.

Im unable to enroll on developer program shows unable to continue do we have to add funds beofre making an purchase.
Hello,
I am reaching out to the community because I am facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment that I cannot resolve. I attempted to enroll in the program through both the Developer app and the website, but my application was denied without any explanation. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that the decision is final and that no further clarification would be provided.
To ensure there were no issues on my end:
My Apple ID profile is complete and accurate.
All required information was submitted during the enrollment process. (Including my credit card and photos of my passport)
I have no prior violations of Apple’s Terms of Service or any history with banned accounts. (And my current account is 10 years old or more)
Despite this, my application was rejected outright, and I feel this decision lacks transparency. As a developer who has invested significant time and resources into creating apps for the Apple ecosystem, this situation is both frustrating and disheartening. The lack of explanation also makes it impossible to identify what went wrong or how to address it.
I have already tried:
Contacting Apple Support directly – they reiterated that the decision is final.
Double-checking my account details and region settings – everything matches.
Searching for similar cases online – but found no actionable solutions.
This experience feels unfair, especially since I have complied with all requirements and have not been given any opportunity to appeal or rectify potential misunderstandings.
If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on how to proceed, please share your insights. Is there an escalation path within Apple? Should I consider legal action due to the lack of transparency in this process?
I am committed to resolving this issue but feel stuck without any clear direction from Apple. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Antonio
