My Apple account got "locked" and access "denied" - and I have production apps on there
Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.

TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets Error
Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app? App crashes on the main thread with EXC_BREAKPOINT. Below is the truncated stack trace before the crash: 0x000000018fff6044 (CoreText + 0x00069044) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const 0x000000018fff5938 (CoreText + 0x00068938) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const 0x000000018fff478c (CoreText + 0x0006778c) TLine::CharIndexToOffsets(long) const 0x000000018fff4564 (CoreText + 0x00067564) CTLineGetOffsetForStringIndex ... [internal code] Aside: I wonder if this has anything to do with some visibly hidden unicode characters.

I have enrolled to the Apple Developer Product, no money charged in my account by I have received confirmation of Apple Acknowledgement that I have made an order. If you have additional questions related to this request, please > reference case number 20000089031868. Ge***le -> this is the name of the support agent Did I do something wrong from my side? Does anyone has the same issue?

Provisioning doesn't do case-insensitive match
According to the thread at https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/787500?answerId=863361022#863361022, we should now be able to set VMs provisioning identifiers to run developer builds. However, the identifier check seems to be case-sensitive. I have an identifier from an old VM that was input (automatically via Xcode) to the portal as all-caps. However, now it's showing up as all lower-case (on the device). When I try to launch my application, the system logs report that the provisioning identifer doesn't match, so my application will not launch: # Error log error 13:41:36.173151-0600 taskgated-helper embedded provisioning profile not valid: file:///Applications/my-app.app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile error: Error Domain=CPProfileManager Code=-212 "Provisioning profile does not allow this device." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Provisioning profile does not allow this device.} # Device's identifier $ system_profiler SPHardwareDataType Hardware: ... Provisioning UDID: 9d136dc4ae3ce80124756cc5bcb40cd1117c04b6 # Embedded provision (from developer portal) $ security cms -D -i /Applications/my-app.app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile <key>ProvisionedDevices</key> <array> <string>9D136DC4AE3CE80124756CC5BCB40CD1117C04B6</string> </array> I have tried disabling the previous record and adding it again (with lower-case) on the developer portal - but all that does is reenable the previous (all-caps) record. Either the check needs to be case-insensitive, or there needs to be a way to change the registration on the developer portal to properly match.

Apple Developer Enrollment Taking Too Long – Anyone Else Facing Delays?
I applied for the Apple Developer Program on 16 Feb, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start marketing my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved. I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t gotten any clear response on when it will be completed. tried even calling the support line but they couldn't help with developer accounts. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? If so, how long did it take for your account to get approved? Would appreciate any advice or insights! Thanks in advance.

Confusing situation with the status of my Developer Program Enrollment
I've registered a developer account and paid for the Developer Program on Feb 12. On Feb 20 I received a payment confirmation. Here's how my "order" looks like right now. This is a bit confusing because there's nothing to "ship", that's a subscription. But OK, maybe that's a unified UI for all purchases. As you can see my order was not yet fulfilled. I've checked the status of my developer account. It shows "Pending". Here's the screenshot. What's even more weird, is that I still see the purchase banner as if I never paid for the program. I've opened a support ticket on Feb 19 but did not receive any messages afterwards. It's as if I've paid for the service and then got completely ignored on actually receiving the service. Does anybody know what's happening with my account? Did you encounter anything like this? Thanks in advance for any help!

How to revoke & delete multiple Developer ID Application certificates?
I've been away for a period of time and coming back to development I want to clean up my account resources. It appears as though I have 3 Developer ID Application certificates. I've never released code using any of them, and 2 of them have the exact same expiration date. I assume I created these while under the impression they could be revoked and deleted by myself. But this isn't the case. The fact that I can only use the expiration date to disambiguate between some them, and also that 2 of them can't be disambiguated is problematic if I were to ever notarise code with them. How can I get some of these certificates revoked and deleted?

IOS Development Certificates are being created under the incorrect Team ID
I am experiencing a critical issue with the Apple Developer Portal where certificates are being created under the incorrect Team ID despite being logged into the correct team context. I am logged into the Apple Developer Portal under "Company LLC (Team ID: 12345678)" However, when creating "Apple Development" certificates through the portal, they are being assigned Team ID "987654321" (my personal developer account) This occurs even when explicitly creating certificates from within the Company LLC team context. The same is happening if I tried to create the IOS Development Certificate in Xcode, same issue, creates the certificate with the wrong Team ID This is preventing me from Archive my app in Xcode so i can upload the new version of my App in the App Store. Please Help. Thank you in advance

Program enrollment long time span
Hello Support Team! Hello devs! Please do not put me in some kind of shadowban if there is. I enrolled into the program for more than twice longer ago than program claims to be processed within. And still have no answer for my support request. Status just stays “pending“. I understand Support Team high load and respect them for their work but at the same time I see a lot of posts with unresolved issues like mine now. Thank you for your help and time!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment
I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program on 19 June 2025 for my company. I was then requested to upload the necessary supporting documentation to proceed with the approval process which was done on the same day (19 June) with the case ID 102634582811. I have followed up with Apple nearly weekly since then and still have no concrete feedback or resolution to the status of my enrollment and what remediation is required if any. I have done some research and approval for the Developer Program takes 3 weeks at most from what I have heard and read. Its been over two months and I feel as though the responses I am receiving are automated without any human intervention or review into my case. This has been a frustrating process which is drastically impacting business productivity as our ability to have access to the developer portal mean we cannot build and distribute our app to users. I really hope this post can help provide some direction and at most a resolution

Why does it take 24 to 72 hours after registering a device on Apple Developer Account before it can be used for development and ad hoc distribution? Is there a way to update and process this information immediately?

Automatically Rejected from Apple Developer Program; Denied Explanation
Looking for advice: I've been automatically rejected from Apple's Developer Program without an explanation. Hi everyone, It seems I’ve hit a brick wall, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced something similar to this or has any advice or resources to share. I recently attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but my application was immediately denied after submission. Within one second of submitting my driver’s license, the app stated that Apple was unable to verify my identity and that I needed to reach out to Developer Support for further assistance. When I first contacted Developer Support for clarification, the representative was happy to help. After being taken off hold, she said she couldn't offer any more information, but assured me that I'd later receive an email with further details related to my account and next steps. However, instead of steps to resolve the issue, I received a denial email repeating the same message about being unable to verify my identity (screenshot attached). I’ve since spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors, and, while everyone was initially polite and understanding, it changed after I was taken off hold. Here’s what I’ve been told: The decision is final, and there is no possibility of escalation or appeal. The supervisors themselves, despite being the final decision makers, have no access to the specific reason for applicants’ denial and, thus, could not provide any additional details. I was also invited to join Apple's “Xcode program,” which I found out just means they’ll allow me to buy Xcode from the app store and use it without a developer account (I already do that). Every time a support representative reread the sentence about being “unable to verify [my] identity,” I responded by offering to provide additional forms of identification. However, that offer was never addressed. The last senior advisor I spoke with stated to me over the phone that: She was the highest authority on the matter. There was absolutely no way to escalate the issue further; it was 100% impossible. She physically did not have access to the reason for my denial. Neither she nor anyone else at Apple was able to offer further assistance. I asked this senior advisor to send me an email with the above points in writing, which she said she would do. However, the email I received was a virtual copy-paste of the email from the first support representative, stating the same few sentences verbatim. This has left me deeply confused, especially as no specific reason for denial has been shared, and since I was explicitly denied any opportunity to address (or even get information on) potential issues. I’d like to ask this community: Has anyone else experienced this sort of immediate rejection and/or a refusal to disclose the reason for that rejection? Are there specific guidelines or policies I may have unknowingly violated that I should review? If so, what could be the reason why they’re being withheld from me? Are there any resources or alternative channels I can explore to resolve this issue? I’m so thoroughly confused, and I’m genuinely at a loss with how to move forward. I appreciate any insight or guidance from this community. Thanks so much for taking the time to read! Best regards, David

Background Assets - Manifest Error
I'm successfully creating the AAR file on my system: Manifest file: { "assetPackID": "my-ba", "downloadPolicy": { "essential": { "installationEventTypes": [ "firstInstallation", "subsequentUpdate" ] } }, "fileSelectors": [ { "file": "file1.bin" }, { "file": "file2.bin" } ], "platforms": [ "iOS" ] } Command: xcrun /Applications/Xcode-beta.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/ba-package my-ba.json -o my-ba.aar I'm using Transporter on my Sequoia 15.6 system - when I'm uploading the AAR file, I'm getting the following error: ITMS-91140: Invalid manifest file. Invalid manifest file. Your asset pack’s manifest file can’t be verified. Make sure it follows the manifest template, then upload again. Full Debug Log: full-transporter-output.txt

URGENT HELP
Hi everyone, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop. After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.” When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly. To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop. I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error: internal exception occurred ErrorCode: 991991 ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to break out of this loop or get in touch with Apple support. Thanks in advance!
