Hi everyone, I'm an indie developer and I'm currently dealing with a confusing and concerning issue with Apple. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. 🔻 What happened: I’m based in Poland and recently opened a sole proprietorship. A few days before the issue, I updated my W-8BEN tax form (correcting my personal ID to my business tax ID – NIP). Then, one day before my scheduled monthly payout, I received an email from Apple saying: "Your payments are on hold – we’ve noticed irregular activity on your account." All payments were suddenly put on hold with no specific reason given. My app remains live and available on the App Store. I wasn’t warned ahead of time, and there’s no detailed explanation from Apple so far. 🔸 My questions: Has anyone else had all their payments withheld right before payout like this? What were the reasons in your case (tax issues, account verification, “irregular activity”, etc.)? How long did it take to resolve, and did Apple eventually release the funds? I’ve contacted Apple Finance, but responses so far have been generic and slow. Any advice, experience, or clarification would be extremely appreciated — this payout is essential for covering my operating costs, and being left without funds so suddenly is pretty rough.

Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly? Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. Hi, I have been attempting enroll in Apple Developer program with my organization. As part of the enrollment process, legal authority must be approved by a member of my organization. We have attempted submitting the approvals a couple times with no success. Recently we had an error on screen saying %%USE_I18N_STRING_ERROR%% and Verification Unsuccessful. I'm not sure how to proceed. I paid for Apple Develoepr Program but not seeing it applied to my account and I still see "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.'

This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

I already enrolled and paid for the developer program but on the main developer page it still says "Join the Apple Developer Program" with a button to "Enroll Today" but when I click on it, it redirects me to a page that says "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I tried to speak to apple support about it at least a dozen times and they give me no reasonings or anything as to what the issue is and why I'm not able to get past this error. Every time I ask them for any update or an estimate on when I will even get an update, they just say they can't provide any information.

Hi! I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it. On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this. Is this a known issue?

We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account. According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances? Environment: Production environment Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine) Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. We have submitted an application to apply for the Apple Developer account to submit a new app, but its been in the system for 3 months. Despite chasing every other day, its not moving along. Does anyone know how to escalate this in Apple as its causing us a lot of delay.

Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot
