iOS 26 regression: `DeviceActivityEvent`: `eventDidReachThreshold` called immediately (instead of waiting till threshold is reached)
Hello Albert! I am experiencing some strange bugs around DeviceActivityEvents (part of the DeviceActivity framework) on iOS 26 / iOS 26.1 / iOS 26.2 beta: When creating a DeviceActivityEvent we can assign a threshold and applicationTokens. The idea is, that after the user has spent said threshold on said apps, eventDidReachThreshold() is called. The property includesPastActivity is set to false. On iOS 26 however, it happens (quite reliably after updating to a new beta seed) quite often that eventDidReachThreshold() is called immediately (after a couple of seconds) instead of waiting for the threshold to be met. Is anyone else seeing similar issues on iOS 26 / iOS 26.1 / iOS 26.2 beta? Only workaround I have found is to ask users to revoke and re-grant Screen Time permissions. This only holds for about two weeks though or at most until the next iOS 26 beta update is installed, so it is not a permanent solution unfortunately. Feedback (incl. sysdiagnoses and sample project) is filed under: FB18061981 FB18927456 One of our users has filed their own feedback request as well: FB20817853 Thanks a lot for any help on this!

StoreKit 2: Transaction.all and Transaction.currentEntitlements return empty for valid non-consumable purchases in production
FB: https://feedbackassistant.apple.com/feedback/22556883 We're seeing a small number of production users where both Transaction.currentEntitlements and Transaction.all return zero transactions for a valid, active, non-refunded non-consumable IAP. This makes it impossible to restore the purchase via any StoreKit 2 API. Environment: Xcode 26.4 (Build 17E192) iOS 26.4.1 Direct call to SK2 Transactions.all & Flutter in_app_purchase package v3.2.3 (uses SK2 on iOS 15+) Non-consumable IAP (one-time purchase) What we observe: AppStore.sync() triggers but the purchase stream returns 0 transactions Transaction.all returns empty Transaction.currentEntitlements also returns empty User is confirmed on the correct Apple ID Issue reproduces on both iPhone and Mac for the same Apple ID Issue appears to have started recently for users who previously had no problems Debug log from affected production user: [2026-04-20T08:50:10.744115Z] init: iapAvailable=true [2026-04-20T08:50:10.744566Z] init: isPremium=false [2026-04-20T08:50:10.744567Z] init: triggering silent restorePurchases [2026-04-20T08:50:45.974566Z] restore: started [2026-04-20T08:50:45.986848Z] restore: sk2Transactions count=0 [2026-04-20T08:50:45.993004Z] restore: sk2Direct isVerified=false active=null [2026-04-20T08:50:45.993011Z] restore: sk2Direct inconclusive — falling back to standard restore [2026-04-20T08:51:16.000851Z] restore: timed out after 30s — fallback isPremium=false [2026-04-20T08:51:16.000910Z] restore: completed — succeeded=false foundPurchase=false Unable to reproduce in sandbox — Transaction.all works correctly there. Apple watch Xcode pairing & connection issues
I’m blocked debugging a watchOS app on a physical Apple Watch. The iPhone connects to Xcode normally (wired), but the Watch either fails to connect with a tunnel timeout or disappears entirely from Xcode after I unpaired it inside Devices & Simulators. Environment Mac: macOS 26.x (Apple Silicon Mac) Xcode: 26.2 iPhone: iOS 26.1 Apple Watch Ultra: watchOS 26.2 (build 23S303) Connection: iPhone connected to Mac via USB (trusted). Watch paired to iPhone and working normally in the Watch app. Issue A (when Watch is visible in Xcode) In Xcode → Window → Devices and Simulators, the Watch shows up but is not usable and fails to connect. Error: “Previous preparation error: A connection to this device could not be established.” “Timed out while attempting to establish tunnel using negotiated network parameters.” In some attempts the Watch shows “Capacity: Unknown” / limited details, and then fails during preparation. Issue B (after unpairing Watch in Xcode only) I unpaired/removed the Watch in Xcode (Devices & Simulators). I did not unpair the Watch from the iPhone. Now: iPhone appears in Xcode and works normally for builds. Watch is still paired to the iPhone and works normally. Watch no longer appears anywhere in Xcode Devices & Simulators (no paired watch section, no watch run destination). What I’ve tried Reboots of Mac, iPhone, Watch (multiple times) Watch unlocked, awake; iPhone unlocked and close to Watch Verified Watch is paired and connected in iPhone Watch app Developer Mode enabled on iPhone and Watch Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ON (Mac/iPhone/Watch), tried toggling both Tried on home Wi-Fi and also with iPhone hotspot (same result) Resetting trust prompts / reconnecting iPhone via USB, re-trusting Mac Apple Watch: “Clear Trusted Computers” Xcode: removing/re-adding devices; clearing derived data; restarting Xcode Watch Developer networking test: Responsiveness = Medium (430 RPM) Questions 1. Is this a known issue/regression with Xcode 26.2 + watchOS 26.2 tunneling (CoreDevice / devicectl)? 2. Is there an Apple-supported way to force Xcode to re-discover a paired Watch after it was removed from Xcode Devices & Simulators (without unpairing the Watch from the iPhone)? 3. Any recommended logs or diagnostic steps I should collect (Console logs, sysdiagnose, specific Xcode/CoreDevice logs) to include in a Feedback report? If helpful, I can provide the full error text from Xcode’s Devices window and any logs you recommend. Thank you in advance,

iOS 26 WKWebView STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver KVO Crash
Fatal Exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException Cannot remove an observer <WKWebView 0x135137800> for the key path "configuration.enforcesChildRestrictions" from <STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver 0x13c6d7460>, most likely because the value for the key "configuration" has changed without an appropriate KVO notification being sent. Check the KVO-compliance of the STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver [class.] I noticed that on iOS 26, WKWebView registers STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver, Is this an iOS 26 system issue? What should I do?

MacBook Pro m5 can’t recognize two external monitors with same EDID binary serial (only one works at a time)
My MacBook Pro M5 running MacOS Tahoe 26.3 beta fails to detect two identical ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM monitors simultaneously. Only one display is recognized at a time. One potential root cause might be that both monitors report identical binary EDID serial numbers (0x01010101), and the MacBook Pro M5 appears to use this value exclusively for display identity rather than combining it with other more detailed information (e.g., port, or alphanumeric serial number). I've verified that the monitor EDID binary serial numbers are in fact identical -- however the alphanumerical serial numbers are not identical. NOTE: This behavior is specific to the MacBook Pro M5 — when connecting both monitors via usb-c to a Mac Mini M4 Pro running the same MacOS Tahoe 26.3 beta, the monitors work fine. The OS detects both and assigns different names to them (PG32UCDM (1) and PG32UCDM (2)). NOTE: I could be wrong about this root cause, I don't have a way to disprove it, though the fact the monitors work fine on a Mac Mini is suspicious. What I have tried: Connecting the two monitors using different monitor ports (one on DisplayPort, another on HDMI, etc.), and different MacBook ports (one on HDMI, another on USB-C, etc.) Bumping down the resolution on the monitors to "1920x1080 (low resolution)" and 30Hz to rule out bandwidth issues. Connecting one, or both, monitors to CalDigit TS5 Plus dock. Neither alternate configuration yields the device recognizing both screens. Using BetterDisplay to import a manually-edited EDID for the screen, with a different binary EDID value, manufacturer name, etc. I've also verified that if I plug in my Apple Studio Display as one of the monitors, then the MacBook recognizes both one of the PG32UCDM monitors and the Studio Display at the same time. The issue seems to occur only when both monitors plugged into it are the same PG32UCDM model. When I have both monitors plugged into my MacBook, each time I disconnect the cable to whichever monitor is currently recognized, it immediately recognizes the other monitor. Plugging the cable for the disconnected monitor back in has no effect. I'm at a loss. Has anyone run into this issue and found a successful workaround that is not one of the approaches I've described above?

Source view disappearing when interrupting a zoom navigation transition
When I use the .zoom transition in a navigation stack, I get a glitch when interrupting the animation by swiping back before it completes. When doing this, the source view disappears. I can still tap it to trigger the navigation again, but its not visible on screen. This seems to be a regression in iOS 26, as it works as expected when testing on iOS 18. Has someone else seen this issue and found a workaround? Is it possible to disable interrupting the transition? Filed a feedback on the issue FB19601591 Screen recording: https://share.icloud.com/photos/04cio3fEcbR6u64PAgxuS2CLQ Example code @State var showDetail = false @Namespace var namespace var body: some View { NavigationStack { ScrollView { showDetailButton } .navigationTitle("Title") .navigationBarTitleDisplayMode(.inline) .navigationDestination(isPresented: $showDetail) { Text("Detail") .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "zoom", in: namespace)) } } } var showDetailButton: some View { Button { showDetail = true } label: { Text("Show detail") .padding() .background(.green) .matchedTransitionSource(id: "zoom", in: namespace) } } }

Screen time API can be disabled easily
We have developed a Parental/Self control app using Screen time API. We have used individual authentication to authorize the app, using the instructions here: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/familycontrols/authorizationcenter The problem is , that individual auth can be disabled easily , by the following steps: enter Settings app. in Settings app, click on the Parental/Self control app. click to disable screen time restriction. show the device owner's face/fingerprint. (or pin code) Why is that a problem: Parental control apps, or self-control apps, are about giving control to the software, To make it hard for the user to disable the restrictions. So using the flow I have introduced above, it's super-easy for a user to disable his Parental control restrictions, which misses the entire point of Parental/Self control idea. Furthermore, not only the user have the means to unlock his screen time restrictions, he also MUST have the means to unlock it. This makes Screen time (with individual auth) useless: I have a code ready to make a great parental control app for my clients, with amazing ideas, but I can't use the Screen time API unless this problem is fixed. Why child-parent auth is not enough: My clients are grownups people between ages of 15-40, that are interested in self-control, so they don't have iCloud child accounts. also, the child-parent auth solution forces my clients to give some control to other person, and my clients prefer their privacy. Some of them prefer self-control and not parental-control. What I suggest as a solution: 1: Give more options to users how to disable the Screen time restrictions. including: a second faceID / FingerPrint (that isn't the same as the one used to unlock the device) a second pin password. a string password 2: Give the users the option to choose to not have the device's owner Face/Finger/Pincode ID , as a method to disable the Screen time restrictions.

Xcode always shows error "Error Downloading Crash Log Information" when trying to download crash logs
For a couple of months now I haven't been able to see new crash reports for my App Store apps in Xcode. I see the list of crash reports in the Organizer, but selecting any of the new ones always shows the same error message: Error Downloading Crash Log Information: An error occurred preventing Xcode from downloading crash log information. "my.email at domain.com" failed with error: There was a failure decoding response: (HTTP 500, 20364 bytes) The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.. Pushing the Reload button makes the view load for a bit, but then the same error appears again. Since I want to keep fixing crashes in my apps as fast as possible, is Apple aware of the issue and working on a fix? I don't know if this is a Xcode or App Store Connect issue. I would have expected this issue to be fixed with the newest Xcode version 26.5, but it's still happening. I opened FB22589345 on April 23, but got no response so far.

Incorrect menu consistency warnings logged in Tahoe for NSStatusItem, performance issues related?
Is anyone else getting new warning about menu items with submenus when running on Tahoe? I'm getting big performance problems using my menu as well as seeing these messages and I'm wondering if there's a connection. My app is faceless with a NSStatusItem with an NSMenu. Specifically it's my own subclass of NSMenu where I have a lot of code to manage the menu's dynamic behavior. This code is directly in the menu subclass instead of in a controller because the app I forked had it this way, a little wacky but I don't see it being a problem. A nib defines the contents of the menu, and it's instantiated manually with code like: var nibObjects: NSArray? = [] guard let nib = NSNib(nibNamed: "AppMenu", bundle: nil) else { ... } guard nib.instantiate(withOwner: owner, topLevelObjects: &nibObjects) else { ... } guard let menu = nibObjects?.compactMap({ $0 as? Self }).first else { ... } Within that nib.instantiate call I see a warning logged that seems new to Tahoe, before the menu's awakeFromNib is called, that says (edited): Internal inconsistency in menus - menu <NSMenu: 0x6000034e5340> believes it has <My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440> as a supermenu, but the supermenu does not seem to have any item with that submenu My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440 is my menu belonging to the NSStatusItem, NSMenu: 0x6000034e5340 is the submenu of one of its menu items. At a breakpoint in the NSMenu subclass's awakeFromNib I print self and see clear evidence of the warning's incorrectness. Below is a snippet of the console including the full warning, only edited for clarity and brevity. It shows on line 32 menu item with placeholder title "prototype batch item" that indeed has that submenu. iOS 18 SwiftData ModelContext reset
Since the iOS 18 and Xcode 16, I've been getting some really strange SwiftData errors when passing @Model classes around. The error I'm seeing is the following: SwiftData/BackingData.swift:409: Fatal error: This model instance was destroyed by calling ModelContext.reset and is no longer usable. PersistentIdentifier(id: SwiftData.PersistentIdentifier.ID(url: x-coredata://34EE9059-A7B5-4484-96A0-D10786AC9FB0/TestApp/p2), implementation: SwiftData.PersistentIdentifierImplementation) The same issue also happens when I try to retrieve a model from the ModelContext using its PersistentIdentifier and try to do anything with it. I have no idea what could be causing this. I'm guessing this is just a bug in the iOS 18 Beta, since I couldn't find a single discussion about this on Google, I figured I'd mention it. if someone has a workaround or something, that would be much appreciated.

Incorrect system color on popover view, and does not update while switching dark mode on iOS 26 beta 3
All system colors are displayed incorrectly on the popover view. Those are the same views present as a popover in light and dark mode. And those are the same views present as modal. And there is also a problem that when the popover is presented, switching to dark/light mode will not change the appearance. That affected all system apps. The following screenshot is already in dark mode. All those problem are occured on iOS 26 beta 3.

NSFileManager getRelationship:ofDirectoryAtURL:toItemAtURL:error: returning NSURLRelationshipSame for Different Directories
I'll try to ask a question that makes sense this time :) . I'm using the following method on NSFileManager: (BOOL) getRelationship:(NSURLRelationship *) outRelationship ofDirectoryAtURL:(NSURL *) directoryURL toItemAtURL:(NSURL *) otherURL error:(NSError * *) error; Sets 'outRelationship' to NSURLRelationshipContains if the directory at 'directoryURL' directly or indirectly contains the item at 'otherURL', meaning 'directoryURL' is found while enumerating parent URLs starting from 'otherURL'. Sets 'outRelationship' to NSURLRelationshipSame if 'directoryURL' and 'otherURL' locate the same item, meaning they have the same NSURLFileResourceIdentifierKey value. If 'directoryURL' is not a directory, or does not contain 'otherURL' and they do not locate the same file, then sets 'outRelationship' to NSURLRelationshipOther. If an error occurs, returns NO and sets 'error'. So this method falsely returns NSURLRelationshipSame for different directories. One is empty, one is not. Really weird behavior. Two file path urls pointing to two different file paths have the same NSURLFileResourceIdentifierKey? Could it be related to https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/813641 ? One url in the check lived at the same file path as the other url at one time (but no longer does). No symlinks or anything going on. Just plain directory urls. And YES calling -removeCachedResourceValueForKey: with NSURLFileResourceIdentifierKey causes proper result of NSURLRelationshipOther to be returned. And I'm doing the check on a background queue.

Fullscreen Detection
Hi, I want to detect if there is a fullscreen window on each screen. _AXUIElementGetWindow and kAXFullscreenAttribute methods work, but I have to be in a non-sandbox environment to use them. Is there any other way that also works? I don't think it's enough to judge if it's fullscreen by comparing the window size to the screen size, since it doesn't work on MacBook with notch, or the menu bar is set to 'auto-hide'. Thanks.

Extended Runtime API - Health Monitoring
In the WWDC 2019 session "Extended Runtime for WatchOS apps" the video talks about an entitlement being required to use the HR sensor judiciously in the background. It provides a link to request the entitlement which no longer works: http://developer.apple.com/contect/request/health-monitoring The session video is also quite hard to find these days. Does anyone know why this is the case? Is the API and entitlement still available? Is there a supported way to run, even periodically, in the background on the Watch app (ignoring the background observer route which is known to be unreliable) and access existing HR sensor data

iPadOS 26.4+ significantly reduced per-app memory limit from 6GB to 3GB on 8GB iPad, breaking memory-intensive apps
Summary: Starting from iPadOS 26.4, the maximum memory available to a single app has been reduced from approximately 6GB to 3GB on an 8GB iPad. This change persists in iPadOS 26.5 and has not been addressed. This breaks core functionality of memory-intensive applications such as 3D scanning apps that require large amounts of RAM to process models. Device: iPad with 8GB RAM Affected versions: iPadOS 26.4, iPadOS 26.5 Working version: iPadOS 26.0 / 26.1 / 26.2 / 26.3 Measured Data: iPadOS 26.0–26.3: App available memory ≈ 6GB (75% of total RAM) iPadOS 26.4–26.5: App available memory ≈ 3GB (37.5% of total RAM) Measurement method: Apple system API Impact: This is a regression, not expected behavior. The available memory per app has been cut by 50% without any official documentation or release notes mentioning this change. As a result, our 3D scanning application crashes immediately when attempting to process 3D models on iPadOS 26.4 and later. The app requires substantial RAM to load and process 3D model data. With only 3GB available, memory allocation fails during model processing, causing the app to crash (EXC_RESOURCE / OOM kill). This core functionality was working correctly on iPadOS 26.3 and earlier with the same device and same app binary. This regression makes our app's primary feature completely unusable for all users on iPadOS 26.4+. Steps to Reproduce: On an 8GB iPad, install iPadOS 26.0 Measure available app memory using Apple system API Upgrade to iPadOS 26.4 or 26.5 Measure available app memory again Observe: available memory drops from ~6GB to ~3GB Expected Result: Available memory per app should remain consistent across minor OS updates, or any changes should be documented. Actual Result: Available memory per app dropped by 50% starting in iPadOS 26.4, with no documentation of this change. Additional Notes: Disabling Apple Intelligence does not resolve the issue This issue was not fixed in iPadOS 26.5 Other developers have reported increased crash rates starting in iPadOS 26.4 (Apple Developer Forums)

[Bug] Cannot link In-App Purchases / Subscriptions to App Version in App Store Connect
Summary I am unable to link my In-App Purchases and Subscriptions to my app version in App Store Connect. The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section described in Apple's documentation is not visible on my version preparation page, making it impossible to associate IAPs with my build before submission. Steps to Reproduce Open App Store Connect → My Apps → [App Name] Navigate to the app version in "Prepare for Submission" state Scroll through the entire version page The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section is not present anywhere on the page Expected Behavior According to Apple's documentation and the note shown on the Subscriptions page itself: ▎ "Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it in the 'In-App Purchases or Subscriptions' section of the app's version page before submitting the version for review." The section should be visible and allow me to select my configured subscriptions. Actual Behavior The section does not appear on the version page at all. My subscriptions (monthly, yearly, lifetime) are all in "Ready to Submit" state and correctly configured, but there is no way to link them to the build. Account & Contracts Status All prerequisites are in place: All contracts (Paid Apps Agreement) are signed and active — nothing pending under "Business" / "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" Banking and tax information is fully set up No open items or warnings under the Business section in App Store Connect Despite all account requirements being fulfilled, the IAP linking section remains absent from the version page. Impact This is blocking my app from being approved. Apple's reviewer rejected my submission with Guideline 2.1(a) stating the subscription screen showed no available plans. The reviewer cannot see the IAPs because they were never linked to the version — which I cannot do due to this missing UI section. Environment App Store Connect via browser (Safari + Chrome, both tested) App status: "Prepare for Submission" IAP status: All three products "Ready to Submit" First-time submission (new app, never been approved before) Workaround None found. This appears to be a UI bug in the current version of App Store Connect. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to link IAPs to a build via the API or any other workaround?

StoreKit 2: Transaction.all and Transaction.currentEntitlements return empty for valid non-consumable purchases in production

When I use the .zoom transition in a navigation stack, I get a glitch when interrupting the animation by swiping back before it completes. When doing this, the source view disappears. I can still tap it to trigger the navigation again, but its not visible on screen. This seems to be a regression in iOS 26, as it works as expected when testing on iOS 18. Has someone else seen this issue and found a workaround? Is it possible to disable interrupting the transition? Filed a feedback on the issue FB19601591 Screen recording: https://share.icloud.com/photos/04cio3fEcbR6u64PAgxuS2CLQ Example code @State var showDetail = false @Namespace var namespace var body: some View { NavigationStack { ScrollView { showDetailButton } .navigationTitle("Title") .navigationBarTitleDisplayMode(.inline) .navigationDestination(isPresented: $showDetail) { Text("Detail") .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "zoom", in: namespace)) } } } var showDetailButton: some View { Button { showDetail = true } label: { Text("Show detail") .padding() .background(.green) .matchedTransitionSource(id: "zoom", in: namespace) } } }

Internal inconsistency in menus - menu <NSMenu: 0x6000034e5340> Title: Supermenu: 0x7f9570c1a440 (My StatusItem App), autoenable: YES Previous menu: 0x0 (None) Next menu: 0x0 (None) Items: ( "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4fa0 Do The Thing Again, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e5040 Customize\U2026, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e50e0, ke mask='<none>'>" ) believes it has <My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440> Title: My StatusItem App Supermenu: 0x0 (None), autoenable: YES Previous menu: 0x0 (None) Next menu: 0x0 (None) Items: ( ) as a supermenu, but the supermenu does not seem to have any item with that submenu (lldb) po self <My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440> Title: My StatusItem App Supermenu: 0x0 (None), autoenable: YES Previous menu: 0x0 (None) Next menu: 0x0 (None) Items: ( "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fd7c0 About My StatusItem App\U2026, ke mask='<none>', action: showAbout:, action image: info.circle>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fd860 Show Onboarding Window\U2026, ke mask='Shift', action: showIntro:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fd900 Update Available\U2026, ke mask='<none>', action: installUpdate:, standard image: icloud.and.arrow.down, hidden>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e46e0, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4780 Start The Thing, ke mask='<none>', action: startTheThing:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4dc0 \U2318-\U232b key detector item, ke mask='<none>', view: <My_StatusItem_App.KeyDetectorView: 0x7f9570c1a010>>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4e60, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4f00 saved batches heading item, ke mask='<none>', view: <NSView: 0x7f9570b4be10>, hidden>", "<My_StatusItem_App.BatchMenuItem: 0x6000016e02c0 prototype batch item, ke mask='<none>', action: replaySavedBatch:, submenu: 0x6000034e5340 ()>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010f7d40, ke mask='<none>'>", "<My_StatusItem_App.ClipMenuItem: 0x7f956ef14fd0 prototype copy clip item, ke mask='<none>', action: copyClip:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fa620 Settings\U2026, ke='Command-,', action: showSettings:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fa6c0, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fa760 Quit My StatusItem App, ke='Command-Q', action: quit:>" ) Is this seemingly incorrect inconsistency message harmless? Am I only grasping at straws to think it has some connection to the performance issues with this menu?

iOS 18 SwiftData ModelContext reset

Unable to invalidate interval: no data source available error when fetching steps using HKStatisticsCollectionQuery
While attempting to read a user’s daily step history spanning backward to the last 7 days, a small but consistent subset of users encounter Error Code 3 with the underlying error description: Error Code 3 "Unable to invalidate interval: no data source available." When this error occurs, we are entirely unable to read their step history. We have received ~10 direct user reports of this within the last couple of weeks.
