Still waiting as well. There may have been a rush of app submissions because of the impending Texas SB2420 regulation (even though it is now suspended) and the obligation to update age verification meta data. I guess things will return to more normal after the week end.

You may also try to set popoverPresentationController to .bottom. Doing do, the popover will appear below the controller, hence reducing (but probably not eliminating), the white space.
