Thanks for pointing to the adequate document. If app was submitted with the same code and metadata, that could effectively be considered a foul play. And lead to termination.

Still waiting as well. There may have been a rush of app submissions because of the impending Texas SB2420 regulation (even though it is now suspended) and the obligation to update age verification meta data. I guess things will return to more normal after the week end.
