We are encountering an error when we selected "developer release app" to the apple store. "this field is invalid" without listing any fields. We believe It is due to the pre-order date being in the past and now the entire apple developer account is erroring and not giving any way to resolve. We opened up a ticket with apple and still nothing. We tried: Cancelling the pre-order - Error Changing the pre-order date- Error Releasing the app - Error None of these seem to be able to do anything and the error is not listing which field is causing it. Has anyone encountered this? Apple support still has yet to address it and it's been 7 days.

Help, We are encountering an error stating "this field is invalid" without letting us know what field that is causing this error. So we are getting an error while trying to developer release an app that was approved by apple. We had a pre-order date that passed and it will ot let us change the date or even cancel the pre-order. We are stuck, opened a ticket with apple and its been 7 days and still no response.
