What would you need it for? If I were you, I would have my app go through the review process without IAP at first. And I then submit a new software update with subscription plans.

theres a text that says 'By using Facial Scanning you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms" and the same for Ai Morph except it says Ai Morph Feature and not face scan. It appears that they have told you clearly what you should do to move forward. So what's the holdback?

I had an army of subscription plans approved with a new software update days after the initial submission went through 3 or 4 months ago. So you must have done something wrong that you are not telling us.
