They send you the same message making a spam call to all of them. That's kind of hypocritical. I don't like what they've been doing lately, but Apple, Inc. is a private company. So there isn't much that you can do about it. If you respond, your will get a reply from their spam bot.

They never tell you what to do. That's how they have been at least since I got on board in Feb. 2011. Use a search engine.

What exactly am I paying for if I can’t get either submission reviewed? Accrding to Apple Developer Program License Agreement, they do not guarantee that your submission will be reviewed within a certain period. It doesn't even say that it will be reviewed fairly. The treatment you get, accrding to the Agreement, is sole discretion.

I may also share my experience on Reddit so that other developers facing similar situations can learn from it. I see everyday there somebody instigating an honest-review exchange. There are a lot of people who deserve to get their decveloper account terminated, by the way. Since you don't disclose what you have done to get yours suspended, you can only help yourself.

They accept your annual membership fee. But they refuse to review your submissions, accusing you of copying and repackaging someone else's work. When you don't even use an SDK, they accuse you of using a commercial template or a 3rd-party SDK. The 5-trillion dollar software giant is totally out of hand. We are all little people. FTC is not going to step in to stop Apple's unethical conduct based on falsehoods. But stock holders must love it.

I'd like to raise a concern about the transparency and fairness of Guideline 4.3 reviews. There are 4.3 (a) and 4.3 (b). Which 4.3 guideline violation are you referring to? Could Apple clarify: What specific evidence should reviewers provide when rejecting an app under 4.3? They never do that.

I couldn't quite understand what you are referring to. The app description and keywords are available. That's between you and Apple, Inc. You seek assistance from fellow app developers here. But you provide little information here surrounding your situation beyond the fact that it's been rejected.

we wait 9 days only to be rejected for a minor issue, then wait another 9 days, only to be rejected again for a different minor reason—essentially waiting 9 days for fixes that only took 2 hours to implement. I've been in this business for more than 15 years. It doesn't happen to me. If my submission is rejected, in many cases, it's their mistake. If you don't have a lot of experience going through the review process, you may want to create a submission checklist for yourself.

I may have read one or more topics here or somewhere else that they have successfully gotten their account termination reversed. If I were you, I would look for such topics. I might be able to find ones if I try, but that's not the reason why I come here everyday to read every topic here. So I won't.

They never tell you what to do to get the app approved. It's been like that at least for the past 15 years. You don't show the description of your app or the keyword list. So I have no advice to give you, but you may want to help yourself by searching for 'Guideline 4.3(a) – Design – Spam.'

Maybe Apple needs to hire more resources than the 500 reviewers they currently have across NA/EU/CN. Instead of hiring more people, Apple, Inc. now appears to be on the Spam & App Generation Services crusade to reject multiple submissions all at a time to persuade people to not make a new submission.
