How should I name an app (and also populate the info sections) which is about a big corporation without doing anything against rules? For example I thinking of doing an app about McDonald's Meals Nutritional Values so users can be informed and select accordingly. But if I named the app for example "McDonalds Meals Nutritional Values" I think it wouldn't pass the review. How should I proceed?

For example if I made an app that gives calorie sums of menus of the McDonalds how can i both avoid copyright infringement and give user info about the app?I'm guessing I can't write McDonalds on title at all but can it be written on short description?

When I upload images to app store connect at first it looks like it uploaded fine. But when i refresh the page the images are replaced with a cloud icon and it says "The file has been uploaded and is being processed". Of course i googled the problem and it's an on going problem with apple for years without any solution. Just tu upload images for one language is a real hassle. ı just upload again and again until it works. And i just give up on uploading to multiple languages because it is just a nightmare. It is reaaly dissappointing on Apple level for such a problem to even exist.

I have an app 'originally' named Gemstones by Zodiac Signs that I uploaded for review. It didn't pass the review reason given as there is enough Astrology related apps in the App Store. I said alright and removed all Astrology content from app and also changed the app title subtitle and desc etc. New app name title was Heal with Gems and Crystals. This version also didn't pass because reviewer said it has medical advice and user can harm themselves.(App included very lightweight medical advice for example topaz would help with throat pain etc). Then I included a bright red button with exclamation mark inside next to app bar title. When user clicked this button an alert dialog would pop up and warn user to not use these gemstones without any medical expert advice and also user should see a medical expert if he has any symptoms. I Las included a link to a wikipedia page named crystal healing explaining what gemstone healing used for. I uploaded this didn't pass said content is still dangerous for user. Then I changed my entire app content for gemstone description and removed all medical advice however light advice it is.This version didn't also passed because reviewer now thinks app doesn't have different content form other apps and give me Guideline 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality issue. I now think it is impossible for me to satisfy this reviewer. What can I do about this? Is there a way to receive a different reviewer?
