My developer account is set to expire on June 28th. I submitted the application for renewal half a month ago, but it has not been approved yet. It keeps showing that it is under review. Could you please tell me why?

My app which requires a crucial update, I have over 40 user emails saying the app is broken after the new macOS update, I patched the issue and submitted to appstore. it's been a week all I see is, app "In Review" I tried submitting expedited review and I just get 502 error. I am very close to migrating off App Store and distributing it on my own.

Hello, it's been about a month since I haven't had access to the application part of my App Store Connect account. When I try to access it, I'm asked to provide my documents, which is what I naturally did, but each time there are errors that come out and when I contacted Apple about these errors, they asked me to clear the cache of my connection browser and try again, which is what I naturally did, but the same error persists. Then they asked me to send them the "har" file from my Safari browser, which is what I did, then a few days later they made me understand that the problem is resolved. I went to check and I saw that the problem is still not resolved. I finished the cache and the problem is still not resolved, so I tried with other browsers, it's the same problem. I tried with other devices too, it's the same problem, so I contacted them again to tell them that the problem is still not resolved and from him since then no answers. If someone can help me please

Certain entitlements require special permission from Apple like DriverKit or Screentime API/Family controls. Those entitlements are tied to the bundle IDs of the app. If those entitlements have been granted for an app from developer A (personal account) and we transfer that app to developer B (organization account), including the bundle IDs, will those bundle IDs keep the entitlement? Or will we need to re-request from the developer account B? Any insights or experiences regarding this process would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

Hi, I'm a novice Account Holder and one of my teammate, who's role is already assigned as App Manager, cannot log into Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page, nor adjust his account to Organization Account in Xcode's Apple account setting. I tried to change my personal account to a App Manager to see if this is a general setting stuff but I didn't come across problems above. I am able to not only log into the Certificates page but also change my account setting in Xcode. Is there anything I can do in this situation, or just hand it to Developer Support ?

Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight. Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app. Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta. As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately. My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

I Got The Developer Beta For iOS AND iPadOS 26. On my main devices because im poor and cant buy another one. so.. should i be worried of it being unstable? Also i didnt backup because iCloud Is Full and im not paying for a better subscription thats more expensiv.

Hi everyone, I’m posting this to ask for advice and see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program subscription. On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99). However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day. Key Details: I only enrolled once. Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫). The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website. My account on developer.apple.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet. I have not received any welcome email either. My questions: Is it possible to request a refund for one of the charges, since both payments came from the same iCloud account and clearly refer to the same subscription? Has anyone else encountered this issue? How long did it take Apple to respond? Was your refund request approved? Should I wait for Apple to activate my account, or should I escalate the issue now? The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?
