Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? Is there a specific team or channel I should contact to escalate this issue? Thank you in advance for your help!

I can't access my approved and verified Apple Developer account on the web and my certificates were revoked. When I sign in with the correct email and password, I am redirected to a page asking me to enroll in the Developer Program, even though I successfully enrolled and was approved months ago. Everything with Apple Developer account had been working fine for months, and the iOS App Store app confirms that my Apple Developer Program membership subscription is still active. And if I click "Enroll Today," it says my Apple ID is already associated with an "account holder of a membership." Additionally, my macOS app certificates have been revoked without any email or explanation, and I cannot create new ones due to this issue. Also I can access my developer account via iOS and macOS apps normally, but I can't access it on the web to create new certificates. This I urgent and time sensitive for me, can someone please help?

It's been over a week since I submitted my membership purchase for a developer account. I had to resubmit it today because I believe there might be an issue with the system. I received the acknowledgment email again. Could someone please check my order? I'm looking forward to contributing to the macOS app ecosystem. Hello I'm trying to develop on tvOS and install apps via ADHOC to Apple TV. I had this problem where Apple TV UDID added to the developer center, then recognized as an iPod in apple system, for example this one: eafd66c1b367add55e6072c1f99e4c1c66c0672d When I create a tvOS provision, this UDID can not be added to it. Please advise how can I deploy tvOS app to it?

I have been trying to enroll for the Apple developer program for almost a year now but Apple has been deliberately frustrating my efforts despite providing every requested information and ID. I have provided every single detail and have gotten to payment/purchase twice but Apple refused to debit/process my payments on both occasions. The latest being last week. I have successful $0.00 test transactions from Apple proving that my payment card is valid on Apple. There really isn't any excuse for not allowing me to complete purchase. After that, Apple disabled my enrollment on the web and directed me to restart on the developer mobile app which I still complied with. Yet, after uploading my ID via a link that was sent to me by a certain Jenny from Developer support (eurodev@apple) and filling in my address hoping to finally proceed to purchase, Apple has disabled my enrollment and I see the message "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." The web option has also been disabled. No message or explanation was provided. Developer support and Apple support have refused to respond to my many mails since then. It's almost as if they were not expecting me to meet their requirements as EVERY SINGLE STEP has been met with some sort of restriction. I have successfully created and uploaded apps on the Google PlayStore till date using the same details without any hassles. I have no criminal records nor restrictions against my person and neither did Apple indicate anything that could prevent my enrollment so this treatment is distasteful. I believe Apple discriminates against locations because I am African. I doubt if US or European applicants face this type of discriminatory treatment from a supposed multinational corporation. I am not the only African complaining about this treatment too. It is sad because Apple generates revenue from Africa but does not consider us to be relevant enough. Shameful.

Is there anyone here who can provide an answer, or is it related to someone who belongs to the App Review department at Apple? We uploaded an app to the App Store and discovered a bug that disables activity. We uploaded an update with the bug fix and now we are waiting for Apple to review the latest version and approve uploading it to the store. Thousands of users are waiting and leaving us. Losses of a lot of money and more importantly - a bad user experience. If there is anyone here who can help us, or knows someone who can speed up the process, we are more than happy!!! It is critical and urgent. And yes, we signed up for Apple's fast track program... It didn't help. Thanks!

Hi recently when I renewed my Developer account, which had expired I found out it takes 24 hours for the active to be renewed. But your account page does not provide notice of this, and was very confusing for me! I had to spend the time to contact support to find this out - can we please just have a 'renewal pending' status instead displayed to our developer's accounts? I would greatly appreciate this! Greeting everyone, I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program membership for the past 2 weeks, all efforts prove abortive with same error "I will receive acknowledement" email from Apple but i do not get charged and when I try to contact support they usually do not provide any help and often take long to reply once and take another week for another reply. I have now move the funds equivalent to $99 to my apple account. Please does anyone know how I can go about the enrollment using the funds from my apple account? Does anyone have such experience how did you resolve it? Do you know how i can successfully pay for the program from my bank using my debit card, because my card works easily and instantly for other subscriptions but except the Apple development program Please I will greatly appreciate any help i can get. thanks in advance

I am seeking clarification on recurringPaymentRequestwith Apple Pay. I am using the Apple Pay JS API to make a recurring payment request. My Payment processor is Authorize.net. The initial payment processes fine via the token. My question is, how can my web application process the subsequent payment? Authorize.net doesn't allow me to set up an ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) profile for Apple Pay tokens, unlike Credit Cards. How would I go about obtaining another token for the customer? I cannot find good documentation on the recurring billing setup with Apple Pay and Authorize.net anywhere. I've signed up for the UK developer program since during application all it asked for was my address, nowhere did it ask about my nationality. But I am not a UK citizen and the W-8BEN form is locked to UK as a citizen/region and I have to swear that all is truthful to submit it. What am I supposed to do?

Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications? Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid. Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.
