Apple Developer Program Payment Issue & Rejected Reapplication – Need Help!
Hey everyone, I’m in a really frustrating situation and could use some advice. Apple approved my Developer Program application and asked me to make the payment. I paid using my Wise card, but the payment got stuck in authorization and later timed out, resulting in a refund. I contacted Apple via email, and they advised me to reapply using the iOS Developer app. I did exactly that, but my new application got rejected. When I called support, they told me there’s no appeal process and refused to provide a reason for the rejection. I’ve sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received a single response. I just want to continue with my original application and complete the payment, but I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to get through to Apple and resolve this? Thanks in advance!

🔥 Developer Account Expired — No Option to Renew, No Timely Support (India)
I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. There is a problem installing the iwatch app. It has been installing
We have recently developed the iwatch app. We will package the APP + iwatch app and publish it in testfight for test download. However, we often find that after the mobile app is downloaded, the iwatch app is also on the iwatch System application inside display. Click install is always in the installation. It has not been installed. Especially when the phone we tested is paired with several watches. Or delete the mobile APP and download it again to recover. But some situations still cannot be recovered. May I ask why it is always installed? We have confirmed that there is no problem with the network, and the pairing connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal. This problem has caused us a lot of trouble. I wonder if this will happen in the app store. Please give the official reply

Not receiving invitation for developer account
Hi to whom it may concern, My company has hired an outsource to help us in developing our mobile app. But the person haven't received any invitation email to create developer account for their email company domain. The outsource company has checked with their infra team, either the invitation email was blocked, but it wasn't. Is there any solution for this? as summary my current company is inviting an outsource that used their company email to create developer account. but the email hasn't reached their end.

Unable to Renew Developer Account - Payment Fails Despite Valid Cards
Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month. I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail. In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot). I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue? If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available? I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options. If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I’m in a desperate situation and need to renew to keep my app updates live. Thanks in advance!

The Apple Developer Program enrollment is taking too long!
My Apple ID is linked to several organizations for which I developed apps in the past, and I want to enroll myself as a solo developer in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the $99 fee more than a week ago and received an “Order Acknowledgement” email stating that processing would take up to two business days. However, it has now been eight days, and my enrollment is still marked as pending on the Apple Developer website.

Inquiry on Pending Developer Account Enrollment
Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer account enrollment nearly a week ago (ID: G256C6S5Q2), but despite sending multiple emails to Apple Support, I haven’t received any confirmation or reply. When I enter my account it is stuck on the "Complete your purchase" screen (I received payment confirmation) and nothing happened since then. I ’m eager to publish my app and get started on development, so I really need them to reach out to me—ideally with a call or a direct response. Does anyone have any advice on how to escalate this issue or any tips on how to get Apple Support to contact me? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. App Manager Unable to Enter Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page
Hi, I'm a novice Account Holder and one of my teammate, who's role is already assigned as App Manager, cannot log into Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page, nor adjust his account to Organization Account in Xcode's Apple account setting. I tried to change my personal account to a App Manager to see if this is a general setting stuff but I didn't come across problems above. I am able to not only log into the Certificates page but also change my account setting in Xcode. Is there anything I can do in this situation, or just hand it to Developer Support ?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment keep cancelling my payment after 1 day
Hi guys, we are from australia, we applied apple developer program enrolment since dec 2024, and we are stuck in a loophole that after we pay the AUD$149 for the developer program, which reflect in the bank immediately, but it will show cancelled status next day, and the bank will get bounced back $149 in several days anyone can help? We tried 6 cards, Mastercard, Visa, Prepaid, Amex, Credit card and Debit card, under different names but they are all Australian card. We emailed apple support team and we experienced 7+ agents who can't really help us and we enrolled 5+ times on both iPhone and Mac, developer app and web and everytime the results are the same!

Developer account registration from Kenya
Hello All I have been trying to enroll on the developer program on behalf of my organization however the enrollement order goes through and we never get a response back. I have tried it on a macbook and iphone 16. Are developer services un allowed for Kenyans or what is going on? As for Customer support, four emails sent to their team with zero response.

Developer account pending for more that 4 days
My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. Could anyone help to solve this problem?

Can't change phone number for my Apple Developer account
Hello. I've moved from France to the UK a year ago and submitted changes regarding my new address and phone number. After several months, my phone number was reverted to the old French one (which I no longer have access to). Since then, I've been trying to update it, submitting numerous support tickets, but have gotten nowhere. Support isn't helpful; they are misunderstanding the Apple Developer phone number with my iCloud number, suggesting I update it myself in the iCloud settings (which is not related at all). One of the tickets was escalated to senior developer support, but I received the same reply: to update the number myself in my iCloud settings (which, again, is not relevant). I log in to my account using a passkey, but I'm still afraid of losing access to my account at any time. Since support is ghosting me, I don't have any other choice left rather but to ask for help here. My ticket number is 102519091037.

Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I have been waiting for weeks with no response from Apple Support. Despite sending two emails (and now a 3rd) in an attempt to get a reply, I still haven’t heard back, even though I have completed all the necessary steps and received confirmation that my enrollment process has started. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, how did you manage to resolve it, or do you have any advice on how I can get Apple to respond and take action?
