Enrollment stuck since July 10 - ID SF98GGVS2V - Apple Developer Program
Hello, I am writing to request assistance or an internal intervention regarding the approval status of my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, which has been pending since Friday, July 10. I opened a support request (Case ID: SF98GGVS2V) and received an initial response from the relevant queue, but I have not received any further updates. I need this approval to move forward as soon as possible, since we are waiting on this enrollment to continue with the implementation of our app. As the standard processing timeframe has already passed, I would greatly appreciate it if a forum moderator or community administrator could review this case or escalate it to the enrollment team for prompt resolution. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Minimum allowed IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET for the AppStore
Hello, I am building a developer tool and for that I need to figure out which min deployment targets users technically may still specify in their Xcode projects. This page https://developer.apple.com/support/xcode indirectly says that both Xcode 26 and Xcode 27 allow setting IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET only to iOS 15.0 and newer. Also https://developer.apple.com/news/upcoming-requirements/ now says that starting April 28 2026, the apps must be built with iOS SDK 26+, meaning only Xcode 26 and newer may be used for building the apps that go to the AppStore. However in fact in Xcode 26 I can specify older iOS deployment targets, as low as iOS 12. This post here https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/805506?answerId=863871022#863871022 confirms that in fact it is possible to even submit the app to the AppStore with IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET 12.0 There's also this post https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/821370?answerId=882853022#882853022 that indirectly confirms that Apple still allows iOS 12.0 deployment target. Since Xcode 26 is still allowed to build apps for the AppStore even after Xcode 27.0 release, does that mean the developers may technically be able to keep specifying iOS 12, iOS 13, iOS 14 as deployment target when submitting their apps to the AppStore without having their apps rejected?

Enrollment stuck since June 26 - Case ID 102929280077
Hello, I am writing to request assistance or an internal escalation regarding my Individual Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck in review since June 26. I opened a support ticket on July 2 (Case ID: 102929280077) and received an initial response from the eurodev queue, but I have not received any updates or requests for documentation since then. All of my account details, legal name, and payment information match my region perfectly. Because the standard processing window has passed, I would greatly appreciate it if a forum moderator or community manager could look into this case or escalate it to the enrollment team. Thank you for your time and help.

Coding Assistant autocomplete breaks with many Swift packages
I’m seeing a reproducible issue in both Xcode 26 and Xcode 27 where Coding Assistant appears to stop autocompleting when a project contains a larger number of Swift Package dependencies. Symptoms: Autocomplete suggestions from Coding Assistant stop appearing. File targeting with @ stops working. The issue typically appears shortly after opening the project If I start a brand-new chat immediately after opening the project, Coding Assistant sometimes works briefly before failing Reducing or removing Swift Package dependencies fixes the issue I’ve created a sample project that reproduces the problem and have also filed Feedback Assistant report: FB23341243 The issue seems related to package count or project complexity rather than any specific package, although I haven’t yet identified the exact threshold that triggers it. Has anyone else run into this or has anyone found a workaround?

Developer migration to organisation account
Is anyone having issues with delays, my certificates have been disabled on my developer account while they migrate it. It’s been about two weeks, first app got rejected after 9 days of waiting. I can’t upload a rebuild because I’m waiting an additional 2 weeks for the migration with no emails back and the call back function I’ve been on hold twice for an hour or more with no pick up

Enrollment stuck on Pending — payment never charged despite 3 attempts (Case 102946554744)
I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program (Individual) and have attempted payment 3 separate times. Each time I get a “Thank You” order confirmation page (Apple Developer Program, 1 year, US$99) saying processing may take up to 48 hours. I receive an acknowledgment email each time, but: • No charge or pending authorization ever appears on my bank statement • My account status remains “Pending” with a “Purchase your membership” prompt • Refreshing the order page returns me to a blank payment form as if nothing was submitted My card works fine for other international USD purchases, so this doesn’t appear to be a bank-side issue. I’ve opened Case ID 102946554744 via the Contact Us form but haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone else hit this exact loop (Thank You page → no charge → stuck Pending)? And if any Apple staff monitoring this forum could take a look, I’d really appreciate it. Country: Oman

Individual enrollment fails with "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time" (Côte d'Ivoire)
Hi everyone, I'm trying to enroll as an Individual / Sole Proprietor in the Apple Developer Program from Côte d'Ivoire. Every time I accept the license agreement and submit the enrollment, I land on: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." What I've already checked and corrected on appleid.apple.com, with no change in the result: Legal first/last name matches my real identity (no alias, no company name) Date of birth is set (well above 18) Region is correctly set to Côte d'Ivoire A real, non-PO-box shipping address is on file The billing address on my Visa card (previously a placeholder) is now a real address matching the same city Tried both the website flow and the Apple Developer app (the app redirects me to the website, where "Enroll Now" is greyed out) Phone callback support (CONTACT.CALL.C2C) is not available for my country code, so I opened an email case with Apple Developer Support (Membership and Account > Program Enrolment) Has anyone successfully enrolled from a country in this situation, or knows what else typically blocks enrollment when all the profile data looks correct? Any pointers appreciated. Thanks!

opencode + LM studio + plan = sad
quencoder 2.5 locally is making great plans. Beautiful plans amazing plans that are so correct I want to hug it. But when I want to implement it there is no button asking me if I want to go ahead. I tried /exit-plan and the command could not be completed (I only see /plan, /rename, and /exit-planP. I do not see the markdown in a separate pane that's copyable as shown in this video https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2026/259/?time=597 (I also can't get the conversation in a separate window by pressing option shift click, I have to manually open the conversation in a new tab). I get a plan interleaved with code snippets and I can't copy the whole plan to a new conversation. I would very much like this to work. (I also really like being able to run locally because I do not agree with google, openai, or anthropic ethics. thanks for giving me a choice) (I also like how not like a sycophant the tone of the response is. refreshing) (Note I started planning first because without a plan it started mucking about in the plist editing status bar keys when the problem was a navigation bar which I thought was clear from the picture I attached) (But I'd really like to say go and I have no buttons to exit plan mode.) (I am going to stay on Tahoe till October) I asked it how to copy and it said: In the opencode session where the plan was discussed, type /share — it'll copy a shareable link to your clipboard (like opncd.ai/s/...). Paste that link here and I can fetch the plan directly. That was a hallucination when I typed /share the agent just repeated its plan for a third time. It's a good plan, the best plan, I don't see any algae in this plan. It also said "I can see from the repository exploration that there's no written plan document, and the other agent is working on "[the plan]." However, I don't have access to the previous conversation's last response. Maybe there should be a button to copy a whole response or open a new conversation (not in plan mode) with a response? Individual Enrollment Fails with "Unknown Error Occurred" — Phone Number and Payment Verified
Hello, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and consistently receive this error when submitting my enrollment: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." Troubleshooting already completed: Apple ID region: United States Added and verified a US-based trusted phone number to my account (previously had none) — issue persists Payment method on file matches my account region Tried in a fresh/private browser window Two-factor authentication is enabled and in good standing No pending agreements or existing enrollment found in my account This error occurs after I accept the Terms and Conditions agreement, which makes it impossible for me to troubleshoot further on my end. I have a hard external deadline within the next few weeks and this is currently the only thing blocking me from submitting my app. Could someone please investigate on the backend and let me know what's causing this, or complete the enrollment manually if possible? I'm happy to provide any additional information needed — Apple ID, screenshots, timestamps of attempts, etc. Thank you for your help.

"Simulate MetricKit Payloads" missing from Debug menu in Xcode 27.0 beta 3
The MetricKit documentation ("Track performance by app state using MetricKit") states: "MetricKit delivers reports on a system-determined schedule. To generate reports during development, choose Debug > Simulate MetricKit Payloads in Xcode." https://developer.apple.com/documentation/metrickit/track-performance-by-app-state-using-metrickit This menu item was present in Xcode 26.6, but is no longer shown under the Debug menu in Xcode 27.0 beta 3. Steps to reproduce: Open a project in Xcode 27.0 beta 3 Open the Debug menu "Simulate MetricKit Payloads" is not listed Expected: The menu item should be available as documented, and as it was in Xcode 26.6. Has anyone else run into this, or found a workaround for triggering MetricKit payloads in Xcode 27 betas? Filed as FB23760649. Environment: Xcode 27.0 beta 3, macOS 26.5.2

enrollment
My case is 102643649532, I'm on my account page, I click enroll, then it opens the enroll status page and there is an explanation saying "Contact us to continue your enrollment. You’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us.". In this case, what should I do if I want to apply for an organization account?

iOS 16 IPSW listed as compatible with iPhone 7 Plus
Hi folks, This webpage: https://developer.apple.com/download/os/#ios-restore-images-ipad-new lists the iPhone 7 Plus as being among the devices that are compatible with iOS 16.7.16. Currently the maximum iOS for the 7 Plus is 15.8.8 according to Settings. The page also indicates that iOS 15.8.8 should be installable on the iPhone 6. Are these typos? The utility idevicerestore refuses to install 16.7.16 on an iPhone 7 Plus so I assume so, but it would help to get confirmation.

xcodebuild test (CLI) does not sync .storekit to storekitd on iOS 26.5 — SKTestSession unusable in CI
On iOS 26.5 simulator runtime, running UI tests via xcodebuild test from the command line does not push the scheme's StoreKitConfigurationFileReference to the destination simulator's storekitd AppGroup Octane container. As a consequence, SKTestSession(configurationFileNamed:) either silently falls through to the production App Store (surfacing a "Sign in to Apple Account" SpringBoard alert during paywall tests), or throws SKInternalErrorDomain Code=3 "Error saving configuration file" if you call any SKTestSession instance method. The same project, same scheme, same .storekit file works correctly when launched via Xcode IDE (Cmd+R / Cmd+U) — which uses DVTDevice.handleStoreKitConfigurationSyncForBundleID:configurationFilePath: via an internal IDELaunchSession XPC path that the public xcodebuild CLI does not invoke. This regression makes StoreKit Test unusable in CI for any project using xcodebuild test or xcodebuild test-without-building against an iOS 26.5 simulator. Environment macOS: 26.x Xcode: 26.4.1 (25E253) iOS Simulator runtime affected: 26.5 iOS Simulator runtime that does not exhibit the bug: 26.1 Test target: XCTest UI tests Test plan: *.xctestplan with "storeKitConfiguration": "MyApp.storekit" in defaultOptions Affected scheme actions: Test (CLI) Not affected: Run, Test (Xcode IDE) Steps to Reproduce Create a SwiftUI iOS app com.example.MyApp. Add a MyApp.storekit with one auto-renewable subscription. Add a UI test target. In the xctestplan: defaultOptions.storeKitConfiguration = "MyApp.storekit". In the UI test base case: private var storeKitSession: SKTestSession? override func setUpWithError() throws { storeKitSession = try SKTestSession(configurationFileNamed: "MyApp") app.launch() } Boot a fresh iOS 26.5 simulator. Run via CLI: xcodebuild test \ -project MyApp.xcodeproj \ -scheme MyApp \ -testPlan MyAppUITests \ -destination "platform=iOS Simulator, name=iPhone 17 Pro" In the test, trigger paywall and call Product.purchase(). Expected Product.purchase() presents the StoreKit Test sheet labeled "[Environment] Xcode". Same behavior as Xcode IDE Cmd+U. Actual Production App Store flow triggers. SpringBoard alert "Sign in to Apple Account" appears. Tests waiting on the "Xcode"-labeled sheet fail with Element does not exist. Evidence The simulator's ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/<UDID>/data/Containers/Shared/AppGroup/<storekit-AGID>/Documents/Persistence/Octane/com.example.MyApp/Configuration.storekit: Present (≈100 KB) when launched via Xcode IDE. Missing when launched via xcodebuild test CLI on the same simulator UDID. Workarounds Attempted (all fail on iOS 26.5) No-op XCTestCase "warmup" that calls XCUIApplication.launch() + sleep — does not trigger the sync because XCUIApplication.launch() routes through XCTRunner, not IDELaunchSession. Multi-destination xcodebuild test with -parallelize-tests-among-destinations. Manually cp-ing the .storekit file into the AppGroup Octane container — storekitd only loads via the XPC channel. launchctl kickstart -k system/com.apple.storekitd — wipes in-memory state, does not pick up disk file. Only working workaround: open project in Xcode IDE, Cmd+R, wait ~20–30 sec, Cmd+., then Cmd+U. Not viable for CI. Related Open Feedback FB22237318 — SKTestSession instance methods (clearTransactions(), failTransactionsEnabled = true) throw SKInternalErrorDomain Code=3 "Error saving configuration file". Discussion thread: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/808030 The iOS 26.5 Release Notes (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/ios-ipados-release-notes/ios-ipados-26_5-release-notes) under StoreKit Test list this issue as resolved in 26.5: "Fixed: SKTestSession may fail to save its configuration file when invoked outside of an Xcode debug session." However, on the public iOS 26.5 simulator runtime the behavior is unchanged — SKTestSession still hits Code=3 on any mutation, and xcodebuild test from CLI still does not sync the .storekit configuration. The 26.5 fix either did not actually ship, or this report describes a distinct but related issue that the fix did not cover. Impact Any CI/CD pipeline running UI tests for apps with StoreKit subscriptions is broken when targeting an iOS 26.5 simulator. Workarounds are either: Pin CI simulator runtime to iOS 26.1. Manually run the project in Xcode IDE before each test run (impossible headless). Has anyone found a CLI-friendly workaround? Or is there an undocumented xcodebuild flag / simctl command that can trigger the same DVTDevice sync from outside the IDE?

Urgent Escalation – Apple Developer Program
Subject: Urgent Escalation – Apple Developer Program Enrolment Delayed Despite Repeated Document Submission (Cases 102942660738 / 102918832132) Dear Apple Developer Program Support, I am writing on behalf of BFELG UK Ltd (trading as Black Leadership Group) to formally escalate our Apple Developer Program application, which has now been ongoing for several months without resolution despite repeated engagement with Apple support teams and multiple submissions of the requested documentation. Our organisation has successfully completed verification and approval for Apple Business; however, our Apple Developer Program enrolment remains unresolved. Relevant Case and Enrolment References Latest support case: 102942660738 Developer Support case: 102918832132 Previous support case: 102915915845 Original Developer enrolment ID: CCN8762L4K Current Developer enrolment ID: 8CKNF7K665 Summary of Events In May 2026, Black Leadership Group submitted an application to join the Apple Developer Program. Apple subsequently requested proof of identity and organisational authority, including: Government-issued photo identification Employment verification Certificate of Incorporation / Companies House documentation These documents were provided through Apple's secure upload process. Despite this, we continued to receive requests for the same documentation. Apple indicated that it was unable to verify my identity and association with the organisation and requested the same evidence again. During the process we also encountered an account access issue which prevented us from signing into the Apple Developer account. After being redirected between support teams, access was eventually restored and the Developer enrolment had to be resubmitted under a new enrolment ID. Following restoration of access, we again submitted all requested identity, employment and company documentation. Apple subsequently acknowledged receipt of those documents and advised that they would be reviewed. However, on 14 July 2026, we received yet another notification requesting documentation that had already been uploaded multiple times. At that point we advised Apple Support that this was at least the third occasion on which the same documents had been submitted without any meaningful progress being made on the application. Impact on Our Organisation Black Leadership Group has developed an application that we intend to publish through the Apple ecosystem. The inability to complete Developer Program enrolment is now directly delaying our planned deployment and organisational activities. We have attempted to work through the standard support channels in good faith and have responded promptly to every request for information. However, the apparent absence of continuity between support cases and repeated requests for documents already supplied suggest that our application may require manual review by a senior member of the Developer Relations or Developer Program team. Request We respectfully request that Apple: Conduct a senior review of our Developer Program application. Confirm whether all previously submitted documentation has been received and is visible to the reviewing team. Identify any genuinely outstanding requirements preventing approval. Provide a named contact or escalation manager who can oversee the case through to completion. Confirm the current status of enrolment ID 8CKNF7K665. We would be grateful for a substantive response and a clear route to resolution, as this matter has now been ongoing since May 2026 despite repeated submissions and numerous support interactions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Naomi Shaw Organisation: BFELG UK Ltd (Trading as Black Leadership Group)

Shouldn't Xcode do it for me? { "$schema": "https://opencode.ai/config.json", "agent": { "build": { "mode": "primary", "model": "anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-20250514", "prompt": "{file:./prompts/build.txt}", "permission": { "edit": "allow", "bash": "allow" } }, "plan": { "mode": "primary", "model": "anthropic/claude-haiku-4-20250514", "permission": { "edit": "deny", "bash": "deny" } }, "code-reviewer": { "description": "Reviews code for best practices and potential issues", "mode": "subagent", "model": "anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-20250514", "prompt": "You are a code reviewer. Renew before I lose 16 years of app development
When I click renew my developer account it only goes to initial enrollment and this won’t let me. This is a simple Boolean flag Apple needs to flip so I can renew my account and it has been over a month and putting me out of business .
