App partial localization
My app's interface and audio are in English, and the subtitles are multilingual, in English and 10 other languages. Is there a way to indicate this on my app's page on the App Store? I don't see Apple making the distinction between interface, audio and subtitles like Steam does for example. I'm aware of the CFBundleLocalizations key of the Property List and how to add languages in the array. But if I do so, would Apple consider my app localized in 11 languages, even if it's only partially, ie only the subtitles? Has anyone a clue about this matter? I guess I could just give it a try, and risk a rejection of the binary.

Minimum iOS Deployment Target in Xcode 13
I'm reading this in the release notes of Xcode 13: The Xcode 13 release supports on-device debugging for iOS 9 and later(...) source: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/xcode-13-release-notes Now this may sound like a stupid question, but does this mean that iOS 9.0 is the minimum iOS Deployment Target we can choose from in Xcode 13?
