Do you really have to use Xcode to manage Git repositories? I use Sourcetree and GitHub Desktop.

You mean that you have invited yourself, already? If that's case, the only reason I can think of is that you may be using a wrong email address. If I remember correctly, you cannot use your Apple ID email address to test-flight your apps. I can be wrong. I haven't used TestFlight for 4 or 5 years.

I understand your frustration. But I'm afraid that you are not really helping yourself. You say you get This item is not available in your country or region. But you are not saying where you see it. You don't say which user role you are using, either.

Have you mentioned your case number at the beginning of your email messages? If you haven't, they won't receive your messages.

Does removing/deleting the test app/builds from my personal account help at all, or is it better to leave history as-is and only provide an explanation to App Review? It's hard to say Yes or No because I don't think you are telling the whole story. How does the reviewer connects two accounts if you didn't submit your client's app on your personal account for review?
