Individual → Organization migration stuck with no response from Apple Developer Support
I requested to convert my Apple Developer Program membership from an Individual account to an Organization account because Apple App Review required our financial-services app to be submitted through an Organization account. Apple Developer Support initially responded and confirmed that they could proceed with the migration. I then provided all the requested information, including confirmation that I am the founder and the organization's legal entity and D-U-N-S details. The case was subsequently acknowledged and the migration appeared to be moving forward. However, after providing the requested information, Apple Developer Support has effectively gone unresponsive. Timeline: August 3: Apple Support contacted me regarding the organization migration. August 4: I replied and referenced my previous migration case. August 5: Apple confirmed they could proceed and requested/confirmed the required organization information. August 5: I provided the requested information, including founder confirmation and the organization's D-U-N-S information. August 7: Follow-up sent requesting an update. August 10: Another follow-up sent after receiving no response. August 16: Still no response or meaningful status update. The migration case is 102847879432. At this point, I have also asked Apple to cancel the migration, because we urgently need to publish an update to an existing application under our current account. I am concerned that if Support is not responding to the migration request itself, there is no way for us to know whether the cancellation request will even be seen or processed. This is becoming particularly problematic because Apple's App Review has already blocked another submission specifically because it was made through an Individual account and instructed us to use an Organization account. We have been trying to follow Apple's requirements, but we are now stuck between an Organization migration that is not progressing and an App Store Connect compliance issue on our existing Organization account. I understand that account migrations may require manual verification, but 11+ days without any meaningful response after Apple confirmed the migration could proceed is extremely difficult to work with, especially when the account is needed for active App Store applications. Has anyone recently experienced an Individual → Organization migration getting stuck like this? More importantly, has anyone found a way to get the Developer Program membership team to actually review or escalate a pending migration/cancellation request? I would really appreciate any guidance from Apple staff or developers who have successfully dealt with this recently.

Enrollment blocked: app enrollment unavailable, no reply from support (Case 20000133539681)
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for several weeks and I am now completely blocked. Timeline: Submitted individual enrollment through the web. Status never activated. Received a reply from Developer Support (Case 20000133539681) stating there was a payment issue, and suggesting I resubmit my enrollment using the Apple Developer app. I replied to confirm that I want to reenroll using the app, as instructed. I have received no response since. Current blocker: In the Apple Developer app, the "Enroll Now" button is disabled and shows: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account." It appears my existing pending enrollment must be cancelled on Apple's side before the app enrollment path becomes available. I cannot proceed on my own. What I am requesting: Could someone review my case and cancel or reset the existing pending enrollment order, so that I can resubmit through the Apple Developer app as Developer Support advised? Case number: 20000133539681 Country: Türkiye Enrollment type: Individual Two-factor authentication: enabled Thank you.

Enrollment stuck on "Pending" for 2 weeks after successful payment - "Purchase your membership" banner still showing
Hi everyone, We enrolled our organization in the Apple Developer Program and completed the membership payment about two weeks ago. The charge went through successfully, but since then nothing has changed: The account status still shows "Pending" The account page still displays the "Purchase your membership" banner with "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now", redirecting to the payment page - even though the payment has already been made No confirmation email has arrived The enrollment page says a purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, and payment confirmation up to two days. It has now been two weeks with zero progress. We have already contacted Apple Developer Support through the "Send us a message" form and are waiting for a reply. Has anyone run into this situation where the payment is charged but enrollment stays in "Pending" with the purchase banner still showing? How long did it take to resolve, and is there any way to escalate this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program on both web and Developer app
Hello, I’m currently unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and I have not been able to find a solution despite contacting Apple Developer Support several times. In the Apple Developer app, the “Enroll Now” button is disabled and I see the following message: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” I was therefore instructed to try enrolling through the Apple Developer website, but I am unable to complete the enrollment there either. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not resolve the issue and that the situation was outside of their control. My Apple Account is active and I can access the Apple Developer website, my developer profile, and the Developer Forums normally. The issue seems to be specifically related to enrollment in the paid Apple Developer Program. I need this membership urgently for professional reasons, so this situation is currently blocking my work. Could someone from Apple please advise whether there is a way to: manually review the enrollment status of my Apple Account; reset or unblock the enrollment process; use an alternative identity/account verification method; or identify what is preventing this Apple Account from enrolling? I am happy to provide any required information privately to Apple Support, including existing support case numbers, but I will not post personal account information publicly. Thank you very much for any help or guidance.

Unable to access my Team after additional identity verification despite an active membership
I have used the Apple Developer Program without any issues for about two years, and my membership is still active. On July 1, Apple contacted me requesting additional identity verification. I uploaded the requested documents on the same day. About two weeks later, I lost access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles and other Team-related resources. I can still access App Store Connect and successfully submit, pass review, and release updates for my existing apps. However: My Team is unavailable in Xcode, so I cannot build and run apps directly on a physical device. Signing and provisioning do not work normally. I have to upload builds to App Store Connect and use TestFlight just to test them on a real device. I cannot properly create or configure resources for new apps. CloudKit shows “No Container,” so I cannot manage CloudKit containers. This also makes development and testing of SwiftData / CloudKit-related changes difficult. After submitting the additional documents, I received an email saying that I would be contacted within two business days, but I have received no further update. I also contacted Apple Developer Support by phone, but they only told me that the identity verification is still in progress and that they cannot provide any additional information. Has anyone experienced the same issue after additional identity verification? If your Team access was eventually restored, how long did it take?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment – ID Verification Rejected and Retry Disabled
Hello All, I am trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. However, the Apple Developer app now displays “ID Verification Rejected,” and the “Enroll Now” button is disabled. I have contacted Apple Developer Support several times, but I have not received a clear reason for the rejection or instructions for retrying the verification. I am the owner and authorised representative of the organisation and am prepared to provide my government-issued ID, proof of address, company registration documents, D‑U‑N‑S information, and proof of signing authority. Could an Apple representative please advise: How can the identity-verification process be reset? Can I resubmit my identification through a secure channel? Should I continue with the same Apple Account? Is there an escalation route for an unresolved enrollment case? This issue has remained unresolved for an extended period and is affecting our planned application launch. I would appreciate guidance from Apple Developer Support or anyone who has successfully resolved the same issue. For security reasons, I can provide the enrollment and support case numbers privately to an authorized Apple representative. Appreciate your support and help on this. Thank you

Apple Developer Program Payment Fails With Multiple Cards in Türkiye
Hello, Our organization enrollment for the Apple Developer Program has completed the verification process, and the account is now waiting for the membership payment. However, we are unable to complete the payment. When attempting to pay the annual membership fee through Apple’s payment page, we receive an authorization error stating that the payment could not be approved and that we should review the card information or try another payment method. We have already tried multiple different credit/debit cards. All cards: are enabled for online purchases, are enabled for international transactions, have sufficient available limits, and have valid card information. However, we receive the same error with every card. The Developer account remains in Pending status and continues to display the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Has anyone in Türkiye recently experienced the same issue with Apple Developer Program organization enrollment payments? If so: Was the issue related to the bank or Apple’s payment system? Did Apple Developer Support need to reset or review the enrollment/payment status? How was the issue ultimately resolved? We do not want to keep trying additional cards if the payment requests are being blocked before reaching the issuing banks. Any recent experience or solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment Pending for Almost a Month
Hi, I submitted an Apple Developer Program organization enrollment for my LLC almost a month ago, but the enrollment status is still showing as “Pending.” Enrollment ID: X2M9S3DC5L I have contacted Apple Developer Support regarding the enrollment, but it has still not been completed. Has anyone experienced a similar delay with an organization enrollment? If so, how long did the verification process take, and was there anything additional you had to do to get the enrollment completed? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck on Pending — payment not charged and profile fails to load.
Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck on Pending — payment not charged and profile fails to load Hello, I’m having an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and would appreciate any guidance from Apple or anyone who has experienced the same problem. I submitted my Individual enrollment on August 10 through the Apple Developer website and completed the $99 membership purchase process. After submitting the order, I received the “Thank You — We are processing your order” page stating that processing may take up to two business days. However, since then: My enrollment is still showing Pending. The $99 membership fee has not been charged to my card. I have not received a membership activation email. The website sometimes shows “Complete Your Order” again and allows me to enter payment details again. In the Apple Developer app, Enroll Now is disabled and it says: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” The Profile section also displays: “Profile failed to load.” I already contacted Apple Developer Support and have an open support case, but I have not yet received a substantive response. My Apple Account itself works normally, and other Apple purchases have successfully gone through, so this appears to be specific to the Developer Program enrollment. I do not want to submit the $99 payment again because I’m concerned about creating a duplicate purchase while the original enrollment is still Pending. What is especially frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Are Developer Program applicants from Kazakhstan handled differently or given lower priority? If not, I would appreciate some clarity on why an enrollment can remain stuck with no payment processing and no response from support for several days. Has anyone from Kazakhstan or another country experienced this exact situation? If so, was your enrollment eventually activated automatically, or did Apple Developer Support need to manually fix the account? Apple Developer Support: I have an existing Enrollment ID and Case ID and can provide them privately if needed. Thank you.

Individual/Sole Proprietor enrollment — persistent "Unknown error occurred"
Hello, I've been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual/Sole Proprietor for several days now, and I keep hitting the same error after submitting my personal information: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." What I've already checked and tried: -Tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) -Cleared cache and cookies, tried incognito/private mode -No VPN active -Two-factor authentication is enabled and working -My Apple ID region is set to France -Tried both the Developer app flow and developer.apple.com/enroll (web) directly Additional context that may be relevant: I'm based in La Réunion (French overseas department/DOM), and my trusted phone number for 2FA is a local +262 number. La Réunion isn't listed separately as an App Store region (it falls under France), so my Apple ID country/region is set to France — but I wonder if there might be a mismatch check happening somewhere between the phone number's country code and the Apple ID region that's causing this. This is blocking my app's TestFlight/App Store release, so any guidance — from Apple staff or from other developers who've faced this and found a fix — would be really appreciated. Thank you!

My Purchased Developer Account Has Not Been Activated Yet
Hello, I purchased the developer account on August 6, 2026. My order number is W1738664505. It has been several days, and my account still has not been activated. I have contacted support multiple times, but I keep receiving strange and seemingly automated responses that do not address my issue. I paid for this account, and I have been trying for days to get it activated, but I still have not received a clear response or been able to communicate with someone who can actually help me. The payment was processed without any issue, but now I cannot get a proper response regarding the account I purchased. Please, can someone take a look at my order and tell me what is happening? Who can help me get my purchased account activated? I would appreciate a clear and direct response as soon as possible. Thank you.

Unable to update Developer Account Details
I can't use my Apple ID for the Developer Program because the developer site won't let me update my name, country, or basically any of my account details. Apple Support keeps telling me to update the information at account.apple.com, but everything there is already correct. The Developer Program is still showing the wrong information and apparently has no phone support, so I'm told to contact them by email. The problem is they haven't responded to a single email or support request I've submitted. So I'm stuck with an Apple ID I can't use for the Developer Program, account information I can't correct myself, and a support team I seemingly can't reach.

Individual enrollment blocked — photo ID upload fails for both passport and government ID
I'm attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. During identity verification, I'm asked to upload a photo of a government-issued ID or passport, and both document types are failing with distinct errors — not a generic failure, but two specific, different rejection messages depending on which document I try: For my government-issued national ID card: "An error occurred, the photo of your ID didn't upload. Please restart enrollment." This message repeats every time, regardless of how many times I restart and retry. For my passport: "Upload error, your identity could not be verified because the image you submitted is unclear or obscured. Please try again." Both documents were photographed carefully following Apple's own on-screen guidance for lighting and framing, and the resulting images are genuinely clear, sharp, and fully legible — not blurry, glared, cropped, or obscured in any way. I have retried multiple times with fresh photos for both documents, with the same two errors recurring consistently each time. Details: Enrollment type: Individual Country/Region: Pakistan Devices tried: [add your iPhone model + iOS version, and/or Mac model + macOS version here] Browser(s) tried: [add if you tried this on the web as well as the Apple Developer app] I have not been able to find a way to reach Developer Support directly to report this — the standard contact paths have not been accessible for this issue. Could someone confirm: Is there a known issue with photo ID upload for Individual enrollment currently, specifically affecting Pakistan or similar regions? Is there an alternative verification method or manual upload path available for cases where the standard upload consistently fails despite clear, well-lit images? Can this be escalated to the identity verification team? Any guidance would be genuinely appreciated — this is currently blocking enrollment entirely.

Identity verification failed for developer account enrollment — no resolution after months of support emails
Hi all, I'm hoping someone from the community or Apple can point me in the right direction, as I've hit a wall I can't get past through normal support. My situation: I tried to enrol in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. Enrollment failed at the identity verification stage in the Apple Developer app, and the app no longer gives me any option to retry. I've since received the same reply twice from Developer Support: that they "can't verify my identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." I then obtained a D-U-N-S number for my registered business and attempted Organization enrollment instead — but I'm blocked there as well. What I've already done on my side: Confirmed my Apple Account name matches my government-issued photo ID exactly Corrected my account address and payment details Enabled two-factor authentication and set a trusted phone number Opened multiple support cases but I don't receive any response. My question: Since both Individual and Organization enrollment are blocked, is this a flag on my Apple Account itself rather than on the enrollment type? If so, what is the correct route to have that reviewed? Is there a specific team or a phone escalation path that can look at an account-level verification block? Email support has not been able to help. I have a finished app ready to submit and I'm simply trying to find the right door. Any guidance from those who've resolved a similar verification issue would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you.
