Hey everyone, I’m in a really frustrating situation and could use some advice. Apple approved my Developer Program application and asked me to make the payment. I paid using my Wise card, but the payment got stuck in authorization and later timed out, resulting in a refund. I contacted Apple via email, and they advised me to reapply using the iOS Developer app. I did exactly that, but my new application got rejected. When I called support, they told me there’s no appeal process and refused to provide a reason for the rejection. I’ve sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received a single response. I just want to continue with my original application and complete the payment, but I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to get through to Apple and resolve this? Thanks in advance!

I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭. But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“ But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one. So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

We have recently developed the iwatch app. We will package the APP + iwatch app and publish it in testfight for test download. However, we often find that after the mobile app is downloaded, the iwatch app is also on the iwatch System application inside display. Click install is always in the installation. It has not been installed. Especially when the phone we tested is paired with several watches. Or delete the mobile APP and download it again to recover. But some situations still cannot be recovered. May I ask why it is always installed? We have confirmed that there is no problem with the network, and the pairing connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal. This problem has caused us a lot of trouble. I wonder if this will happen in the app store. Please give the official reply

A few days later, I got another email After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Your access to the Apple Developer Program has been disabled. At https://developer.apple.com/account, It displays a button with "Enroll today" instead of "Renew membership". Clicking it show below error "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I've tried getting support from https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30007/solution/select, but no reply after a few days. PLEASE HELPPPPP, we need this urgently

I have a SwiftuI App which includes an App Clip. There is one target for the iOS app and one for the App Clip. All good. But I want to create a new target for the test flight app so that test users can distinguish it from the App Store app. E.g. Test Flight app has a different icon Asset file in the target but includes all the other source code files. However, when I try to build the test flight target I see the message: The com.apple.developer.parent-application-identifiers entitlement (...]') of an App Clip must match the application-identifier entitlement ('...') of its containing parent app. I can't figure how to do this without messing up the original production App. Any ideas?

Since updating to Apple Pay SDK 1.2.0, the Apple Pay button is no longer being rendered. Could you please fix this as soon as possible? From my perspective, the issue is clearly on Apple's side because the button renders correctly when I use Apple Pay SDK 1.1.0. So, the problem lies in your update to: https://applepay.cdn-apple.com/jsapi/1.latest/apple-pay-sdk.js. Additionally, I urgently need a contact option regarding the "AbortError", which has recently started occurring for all our customers. Yes, our Apple Pay integration is web-based and has worked flawlessly until now. In the sandbox, Apple Pay still works perfectly! So why, why, why does it no longer work in the production environment? Could you please provide some indication of the cause? An "AbortError" when calling show() on paymentRequest is not helpful at all.

My Apple ID is linked to several organizations for which I developed apps in the past, and I want to enroll myself as a solo developer in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the $99 fee more than a week ago and received an “Order Acknowledgement” email stating that processing would take up to two business days. However, it has now been eight days, and my enrollment is still marked as pending on the Apple Developer website.

Hey! I just wanted to inquire is it possible to have 2 separate accounts for my DBA names under one llc's developer account. For example if my 2 DBA names are Henry Foods and Henry Clothes and my LLC name is Parent Henry LLC , can I have 2 separate app store profiles for Henry Foods and Henry Clothes under the developer account of parent Henry ? (Those are just examples names)

Hi guys, we are from australia, we applied apple developer program enrolment since dec 2024, and we are stuck in a loophole that after we pay the AUD$149 for the developer program, which reflect in the bank immediately, but it will show cancelled status next day, and the bank will get bounced back $149 in several days anyone can help? We tried 6 cards, Mastercard, Visa, Prepaid, Amex, Credit card and Debit card, under different names but they are all Australian card. We emailed apple support team and we experienced 7+ agents who can't really help us and we enrolled 5+ times on both iPhone and Mac, developer app and web and everytime the results are the same!

How can I complete my enrollment? When I try to contact support via Email, it necessary to select an organization. However, I have already joined two different organizations, but they are not mine. Without selecting an organization, I can't proceed. Does anyone know a solution for this? Thank you!

I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process."
