Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Two Pending Organization Enrollments and No Verification Contact
I am trying to complete my organization’s enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, but I now have two enrollment requests associated with my account. My original enrollment was submitted approximately two weeks ago. I never received the expected verification call, email, or any other update from Apple. Because I was still unable to complete the enrollment, I submitted another request today. Both requests show that Apple must verify my authority to sign legal agreements before I can continue. I am the owner of the organization and am legally authorized to enter into agreements on its behalf. Could an Apple representative please advise whether the duplicate enrollment will cause an issue and help me determine what is delaying the original verification? This is preventing us from moving forward with the development and launch of our app. I have confirmed that my contact information is correct and have checked my spam and junk folders. I can provide both enrollment IDs privately if needed. Thank you.

Extremely Frustrating Developer Account Migration Process
I am posting here because the process of migrating my Apple Developer Program membership from an individual account to an organization account has become incredibly frustrating. I submitted my migration request on July 2 and provided all of the requested company and account information. As of today (September 1, 2026), 61 days have passed without the migration being completed. I understand that account changes may require verification, but waiting more than eight weeks with no clear timeline or meaningful progress is unreasonable. This delay is affecting my ability to manage my developer account and conduct business under my company’s legal entity. I have complied with every request and supplied the necessary information, yet I still do not know what is holding up the migration or when it will be completed. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the current status, whether anything further is required from me, and a concrete timeframe for resolution. If anyone from Apple Developer Support can escalate this matter to the appropriate team, I would be grateful. I have received many emails from the Apple team with the exact same message. None of them have stated any substance of value; they have simply stated that the process is underway, without providing any clear details on timeline or expectations. Has anyone else experienced such a lengthy delay when migrating from an individual membership to an organization membership? If so, how was it ultimately resolved?

Organization enrollment stuck at document review, no substantive response (Enrollment ID P3FC75AHS7, Case 20000149623169)
Hello Apple Developer Support team, Our organization enrollment (ID P3FC75AHS7) was submitted on Wednesday, 26 August 2026. All company documents requested by Apple were uploaded the same day. Since then the status has remained "Your enrollment is being processed" with no request for further information. Support case 20000149623169 received only a generic acknowledgement that documents are under review. Phone support was not offered as an option on the contact form. Company: WorkHold Technologies OU, registered in Estonia, registry code 1757936, D-U-N-S 988020213. I am the owner and member of the board with legal authority to bind the company to agreements. One important note: this is the company's third enrollment attempt. Two earlier enrollments were approved at the document stage, but the membership purchase never completed and we received no explanation. If either of those enrollments is still open in your system and conflicting with this one, please close them. We only need enrollment P3FC75AHS7 to proceed. This is blocking a committed iOS launch date. Could an Apple team member check which verification step is currently pending (legal entity, D-U-N-S, applicant authority, or other) and whether anything is needed from our side? Thank you.

Organization enrollment declined, phone support says "final decision, no appeal" — any advice for a foreign-owned single-member LLC?
I recently went through Organization enrollment for a newly formed U.S. single-member LLC (Wyoming, foreign/non-resident owner) and wanted to share the experience in case others have run into the same wall — and to ask if anyone has found a way through it. Some context on the formation itself: the LLC was formed through a registered agent service, using their free template documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, Initial Resolutions). The Operating Agreement's member signature is an electronically-generated script-style signature from the registered agent's online document tool, not a wet-ink signature. Timeline, roughly: Company formed, EIN obtained, D-U-N-S number obtained and confirmed via email from Apple Developer Relations. Submitted Organization enrollment (Entity Type = Organization, D-U-N-S + legal entity name/address matching the state formation documents). Verification Contact was myself, as I'm the sole member and have full signing authority. ~2 weeks later, received a document request via Developer Support (passport, employment/role verification, and a business registration document). Submitted the requested documents, including the Operating Agreement as supporting evidence of sole-member status. Received a follow-up requesting the same documents again, citing that the Operating Agreement "was not notarized." Re-submitted with a signed (printed, hand-signed, and re-scanned) employment/role verification letter, and the state-issued Certificate of Organization more clearly labeled as the primary business document. The Operating Agreement itself was still only electronically signed, not notarized. Shortly after, the enrollment status changed to "declined" in the account, with no reason given beyond a generic note about enrolling as an individual instead. Called Developer Support by phone to ask for clarification. Was told the decision is final and not subject to appeal — no reason would be provided. Since then I've audited a few things that might plausibly have contributed (all now fixed or in progress): our company website's legal pages (Privacy Policy/Terms) had stale placeholder text that didn't match the legal entity name/address on file; our registered agent's address is a widely shared virtual address used by many other LLCs; and enrollment was submitted the same day the D-U-N-S number was confirmed, possibly before D&B → Apple data sync completed. One open question I haven't resolved: whether an electronically-generated signature (trackpad/e-signature, not wet-ink) on a private document like an Operating Agreement is fundamentally treated as "not notarized" regardless of how it's signed — i.e., the gap isn't print-vs-handwrite, it's that notarization requires an independent third party (notary) to certify the copy as a true copy of the original, which no signature method alone satisfies. If that's correct, submitting the Operating Agreement at all (rather than relying solely on the state-issued Certificate of Organization, which doesn't require notarization) may have been the wrong move from the start. Has anyone else (particularly solo founders / foreign-owned LLCs using a registered agent's template documents) hit a "final decision, no appeal" wall like this? Specifically curious about: Whether Apple's reviewers actually require notarization of documents like an Operating Agreement, or whether submitting only the state-issued formation certificate (already an official government document) is sufficient and the Operating Agreement should be left out entirely. Whether there's any cooldown period before a fresh enrollment attempt is accepted, or if it's fine to reapply immediately once the underlying issues are fixed. Whether starting fresh with a different Apple ID makes any difference, or whether risk signals are tied to the D-U-N-S/legal entity rather than the account. Appreciate any insight from people who've been through this.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Delayed for Over 6 Weeks – No Response After Resubmitting Documents
Hello, I am extremely frustrated with the current situation regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I have been waiting for more than six weeks for my enrollment to be completed. I have followed all instructions provided by Apple and submitted all requested documentation. More than a week ago, I was asked to resubmit documents that I had already submitted previously, and I did so. Since then, I have received no meaningful update or response regarding the status of my enrollment. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have seen other developers report that their enrollment process was completed within only a few days, while my case has now been pending for over a month and a half despite my repeatedly complying with Apple's requests. At this point, I need a clear explanation of what is happening with my enrollment. Could someone from Apple Developer Support please review my case and explain why it has been delayed for this long? I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation immediately if something is missing. I would really appreciate this being escalated to the appropriate team rather than receiving another generic response asking me to wait or resubmit the same documents again. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment
I submitted request NBTNZFFL39 for enrollment in the Apple Developer program on July 7. That same day, I received a reply requesting documentation of my association with my firm. I submitted those materials and have now been waiting nearly two months, but my developer page only shows "Your enrollment is being processed". I raised a support request about this a week later (case 102917902225) and was told that my enrollment was awaiting review by the Apple document review team. Can you please give an estimate of when this review will be completed?

Individual enrollment stuck on Pending for 6 days — Enrollment ID 6D42Y58SRT, order acknowledged but never charged
Hi, I'm an individual developer based in Argentina. My enrollment has been sitting on Pending since August 25, 2026, and the US$99 has never been charged to my card. Timeline Aug 25, 2026, 6:55 PM (ART): Submitted the individual enrollment and the US$99 membership purchase. Received the "Order Acknowledgement" email the same evening, stating the order would be processed within 2 business days. Aug 26 to Aug 31: No membership confirmation email, no request for documents, no status change. Aug 31, 2026: Opened a support request. Case ID 20000152640375. Only the automated acknowledgement was received. Current state developer.apple.com/account shows the enrollment as Pending. Enrollment ID: 6D42Y58SRT No membership confirmation email received. No identity verification or document request at any point. No access to App Store Connect. The Apple Developer app shows that enrollment through the app is not available for this Apple Account, so the enrollment was completed on the web as directed. Key detail: the US$99 was never charged. There is no completed charge and no pending authorization on my card statement. This does not look like a declined payment — it looks like the order was acknowledged but never actually processed. What I have already verified on my side The legal name on my Apple Account matches my government-issued ID exactly. Address, phone number and account region are correct (Argentina). Two-factor authentication is enabled, with a trusted phone number and a trusted device. The credit card used is my own personal card, in my own name, and can be charged in USD. I am using the same Apple Account for the enrollment and for developer.apple.com. Phone callback is not offered as a support option in my region, so email was the only channel available to me. Request Could someone from Developer Support review Enrollment ID 6D42Y58SRT and Case ID 20000152640375, and confirm whether the order needs to be reprocessed manually or whether anything is required from my side? I have not attempted a second payment or a second enrollment, to avoid creating duplicate orders, and I would rather wait for guidance than make the situation worse. I'm happy to provide any documentation through a private channel. Thank you.

Changing to a Business Account Is a Nightmare
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to change my Apple Developer account to a business account in Spain. I have contacted Apple Support multiple times because they keep asking me for what appears to be the wrong document. Unfortunately, after exchanging five emails, I feel like I'm talking to a wall. The senior advisor repeatedly sends almost exactly the same copy-and-paste response, asking for a “Certificación de denominación social.” This is particularly frustrating because, in Spain, this document is used during the company formation process to certify or reserve a company name. It is not the standard document used to prove that an existing company is currently registered and active. What makes this request even more absurd is that obtaining a Certificación de denominación social involves proposing multiple possible company names for registration. My company already exists and already has a legally registered name. It makes absolutely no sense to start proposing several new or random company names now simply to obtain a certificate for an Apple verification request. For an existing Spanish company, documents such as a Certificación de vigencia y cargos or a Nota Simple are the relevant documents used to verify the company's existence, current status, representatives, and official registration information. What is most frustrating is that Apple appears to be translating the name of a US document into Spanish without understanding which equivalent document is actually required under the Spanish company registration system. How is it possible that a company the size of Apple does not have clear guidance on the appropriate documentation for companies in Spain? After five emails, I still don't know exactly what document Apple actually needs. The responses are repetitive and don't address the explanation I have provided about the Spanish corporate documents. I would also like to know how long this process normally takes. Apple does not seem to provide any clear timeframe for converting an individual developer membership to an organization membership. Has anyone gone through this process recently, especially in Spain or another European country? How many days or weeks did it take from submitting the request until the account was successfully converted? At this point, I am worried that this could continue indefinitely because I seem unable to get a clear answer about which document Apple actually requires. Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated because this process has become incredibly frustrating.

How long does Apple Developer Program enrollment approval typically take?
Hi everyone, I recently submitted my application for the Apple Developer Program (as an individual / organization) and completed the payment/verification process. I was wondering what the current average wait time is for account approval? It has been 5 days so far, and the status is still pending. But the profile section it said it might take 48 hours. If anyone has recently gone through the enrollment process, how long did it take for your account to be approved? Any insights or advice on whether I should reach out to Developer Support would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Notarization error 7000 still unresolved after 7 months
Can someone at Apple please help move this case forward? My team has been unable to notarize any macOS app since January 30, 2026. Latest test: Team ID: FDH6MWPL9X Submission ID: f0cd3704-36d5-450a-8035-26dc6e69a739 Support case: 20000107489402 Error 7000: "Team is not yet configured for notarization." issues: null ticketContents: null This team successfully notarized on January 27. Credentials work and all agreements are active. Apple rejects each submission before scanning the app. The support case has been open since February. I was told an internal ticket was created, but I have not received its number, a status update, or a timeline. Please: Escalate case 20000107489402 to the team responsible for Notary Service provisioning. Confirm that Team FDH6MWPL9X's notarization provisioning is being reviewed or reset. Provide the internal ticket number and the current next step. If you need more information, please tell me exactly what to provide.

Cant enrol for Apple Developer Program, and Apple Support won't respond
Hi Apple Forums, I've been trying to enrol my Apple account into the Apple Developer Program so I can distribute my app on Testflight. I did all the stuff in the signup process, sent my ID, and then I got an error saying: "Contact Us to Continue There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support." Contacting support proved useless because they won't email me back after sending them tickets, and waiting on hold for 2 hours for support wasn't long enough for them so I had to cut the call. I don't know why I'm having this issue, I'm 18, my ID is valid, my Apple ID has never had issues. The error is extremely vague, and contacting Apple, like it tells me to do, is absolutely useless. What a way to treat developers Apple. How can I go about fixing this? Thanks.

No response in a week - enrollment stuck, payment never actually charged either time
Hi, I've been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for about a month now. I'm one person, one Apple ID. Support keeps telling me my account can't be confirmed as "associated" with the enrollment, even though I'm logged into that exact account. I've tried to pay the $99 fee twice, and it has never actually been charged either time. In the Apple Developer app, tapping "Enroll Now" just gives "Unable to Continue. Contact support." About a week ago I sent a full write-up of everything through the official Contact Us form on developer.apple.com. No reply since. If anyone from Apple could take a look, I'd really appreciate it

Advanced Commerce API one-time charges: SKU per purchase vs a stable SKU catalog?
Hi, For one-time charges with server-set prices that vary per purchase, item.SKU in OneTimeChargeCreateRequest can be either: A stable SKU per item type, e.g. com.example.itemtype, reused across purchases. A unique SKU per purchase, e.g. com.example.itemtype., so each Sales Report row maps to one transaction. The SKU docs only state a 128-character limit and that App Store Connect does not store it. I have a few questions regarding the SKU management: Should we expect SKU rules to change, such as enforced uniqueness, character restrictions, or immutability? Any recommended SKU format beyond the length limit?

Organization enrollment withdrawn due to website requirements, but the website is fully functional
Hello everyone, I am trying to register an Apple Developer Organization account, but my enrollment was recently withdrawn by Apple. I received an email stating the following: "Your organization's website must be publicly available, functional, and its domain name must be associated with your organization. We won't accept links to social media webpages or websites that contain minimal content or display a message from a domain registrar. We've withdrawn this enrollment. Please resubmit your enrollment and include a publicly available and functional organization's website." However, our organization's website is fully functional, publicly accessible worldwide, and contains actual business content. It is definitely not a social media link, a domain registrar parking page, or a blank template. Has anyone encountered this issue before? What specific criteria does the Apple Developer Relations team look for during the website check that might cause a fully working site to be rejected? Any advice on how to pass this check upon resubmitting would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Enterprise still in Processing since April
Our organization has been trying to get an Enterprise account setup but it's been in processing for several months. We've contacted support multiple times since April without any progress. Any ideas how we can escalate our support ticket to get a resolution?

Thanks!

Apple Developer Account Denied: Why?
Apple, we’re a brand-new corporation. I already have three Developer Accounts, each approved in about three days. This one has taken four months and three attempts. We submitted every corporate and board document requested. Your only explanation: “We’re unable to proceed ... at this time.” Why?

Thank you!
