Has anyone been able to get a resolution from apple for this issue? I've paid for the developer Account on January 6th 2026, to which i've received no email responses as they initially indicated. Subsequently I filed two separate follow up cases request via the website and still no response until this day, the 14th January 2026. Case ID: 102798510362
Enrollment ID: Q9P345Z8G2. If anyone can help that will be appreciated.

I am having this issue with Submitting the in app purchase for review. Everything is filled in with th subscription and its link to the build. I have also completed all the business section but do not see a tick box or drop down box to add the subscription to my latest build. If any one can help with this I would be very much appreciated.
I am located in Taiwan and recently updated my Mac to the latest OS and installed the newest Xcode. However, I’m experiencing extremely slow download speeds when trying to add the iOS 26.2 Simulator Runtime (approx. 8GB) via Xcode > Settings > Platforms.
It is currently downloading at a rate of only 500MB per hour, which is impractical. I have checked the official downloads page but couldn't find a standalone DMG link for this specific version.
My questions are:
Is there a direct download link (DMG) available on the Apple Developer portal for the iOS 26.2 Simulator?
If no direct link exists, are there any recommended methods to accelerate the download? (e.g., using terminal commands or changing DNS settings).
Any help or direct URLs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Dear Apple Engineers:
My app utilizes the App Clip experience. I would like to prevent the App Clip card from appearing when the host app is running in the foreground. How can this be achieved?
I have observed that Alipay (in China) does not display an App Clip card when the device is tapped against a tag while the app is in the foreground, which indicates that this behavior is possible.
Thank you for your assistance.
I am having what feels like an endless nightmare trying to convert from an individual to an organisation. I had set up a bank account with my individual, done a WEN-BEN-8 or whatever it is called, then found out that I would need to do an organisation so that my name was not splashed around with my app. I created a company, got an ABN, an ACN, a DUNS, a bank account, a GST (even though I'm technically exempt in Australia - I doubt I will earn more than $300), and now I can't seem to change my bank account to a business account or do the WEN-BEN-8 rubbish for my organisation. This is literally harder than writing a game. I was asked for a letter of employment, but when I said, 'Do you want me to write a letter to myself, from myself, employing myself' - they did a half migration.... I am sitting stuck in limbo with an approved app, and a half-transferred organisation account... any tips on how I can resign the paid app agreement on the 'business account' when that is not being offered? Sorry for the rant, but over two weeks with this back and forth and I've developed an eye twitch...

Movimento extremo ≠ incapacidade humana
O dilema estrutural
Há um trade-off claro e inevitável:
Reduzir falsos negativos (não perder um acidente real)
Aumentar falsos positivos (chamadas indevidas)

Hello,
I am trying to authenticate to the Apple Business Manager API to retrieve device information and ingest it into ServiceNow. I am following the documentation here.
The first step is to create an API account and download the private key used to create a JWT client assertion.
The guide linked above gives a python script to create a client assertion. Below the first python script, the following description is given for the "kid" variable: "The value is your keyId that returns when you upload a public key." This is the first time that a public key, rather than a private key, is referenced. Where is the public key supposed to be uploaded?
Later in the guide, a public key is referenced again, in the section describing the client_id Request parameter: "(Required) You receive your clientId when you upload a public key."
I have tried to create a client assertion using the keyId that is associated with the API account. When I try to request an access token, however, I also get an "invalid_client" error back. I am wondering if I'm using the wrong values for both key_id and client_id due to not creating and uploading a public key.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
I can't find the full content of the SwiftUI inspector in the latest version of Xcode. I've opened the preview canvas but it still won't display.
When the guy was talking about structural identity, starting at about 8:53, he mentioned how the swiftui needs to guarantee that the two views can't swap places, and it does this by looking at the views type structure. It guarantees that the true view will always be an A, and the false view will always be a B.
Not sure exactly what he means because views can't "swap places" like dogs. Why isn't just knowing that some View is shown in true, and another is shown in false, enough for its identity? e.g. The identity could be "The view on true" vs
"The view on false", same as his example with "The dog on the left" vs "The dog on the right"
Setup:
I have a segment view with 3 segments, and the last on (at index 2) is disabled.
Issue:
When I drag the liquid glass handle of the segment view from what was previously selected to the disabled segment, the liquid glass handle freezes mid-air.
Workaround:
I can still interact with the handle and manually restore its position, or tap on any other segment to restore its position.
Notes:
I'm using UIKit, and no extra customizations are applied.
class ViewController: UIViewController {
@IBOutlet weak var segmentView: UISegmentedControl!
override func viewDidLoad() {
super.viewDidLoad()
segmentView.removeAllSegments()
let segments = ["Option 1", "Option 2", "Option 3"]
for (index, title) in segments.enumerated() {
segmentView.insertSegment(withTitle: title, at: index, animated: false)
}
// Select the first one by default
segmentView.selectedSegmentIndex = 0
// Disable the last segment
segmentView.setEnabled(false, forSegmentAt: 2)
}
}
Hi all,
We can’t install our app from TestFlight. The app is visible in TestFlight for invited internal testers, but tapping Install fails immediately with:
“The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.”
--Setup--
Distribution: TestFlight – Internal Testing
Internal group created and testers added (invite accepted)
Build processing status in App Store Connect: Complete
TestFlight build status shows: Ready to Submit / Prepare for Submission
Minimum iOS deployment target: iOS 15.0
Version/Build: 1.0.0 (1)
What we tried
Confirmed tester is signed into TestFlight with the same Apple ID email that was invited
Removed/added testers to the internal group and resent invites
Reinstalled TestFlight, signed out/in
Verified build is assigned to the internal group
Set and saved Monetization → Pricing and Availability → App Availability (All Countries/Regions)
Question
Has anyone resolved this issue? Is there a known TestFlight/App Store Connect stuck state that causes this error even for internal testing? Any recommended steps (new build number, group reset, availability/pricing settings, etc.)?
Screenshots available (TestFlight error + App Store Connect build/group view).
Thanks.

We're a premium paid app - currently listed in Maps & Navigation as our primary category, with Travel set as secondary.
We’ve been in Maps & Navigation for ~9 years and consistently rank in the top 5. However, aside from one other app that regularly shares that top-5 position with us, most apps in this category don’t appear relevant to our product or audience. They also don’t seem to reach the same type of user we’re targeting.
By contrast, the Travel category contains a much higher concentration of apps that serve the same type of user as ours, and feels like a more natural discovery fit.
What’s unclear to us is:
Why a secondary category exists if the app does not appear to surface in that category for browsing/discovery.
The implications of swapping our primary and secondary categories.
Specifically, if we reverse Category 1 and Category 2:
Do we retain our existing ratings and review history?
Are there any penalties or long-term impacts beyond potential short-term ranking changes?
We’re comfortable with an initial ranking reset if that’s expected, but after 9 years in market, we want to be certain there’s no loss of accumulated reviews or other irreversible downsides before making the change.
Any clarification from those with experience would be appreciated.e for an "experiment".

Dear Apple Technical Support Team,
Greetings! I am an iOS app developer, currently upgrading the functions of the photo app I developed Recently, I noticed the new Spatial Photos feature added in the iOS 26 system, which brings an immersive 3D photo experience to users. We hope to integrate similar capabilities into our own app to provide users with a richer photo viewing experience.
Through technical research, we found that on Apple Vision devices, the similar spatial photo display effect can be achieved through the ImagePresentationComponent.Spatial3DImage interface. However, our tests show that this interface only supports visionOS and cannot be called in the iOS system. At present, iOS 26 already natively supports the Spatial Photos feature, and we hope to know how to enable third-party photo apps to also have this capability.
Here, we sincerely request your team to provide relevant technical support, mainly to understand the following questions:
Are there any official APIs, SDKs, or development frameworks applicable to the iOS 26 system that can support third-party apps to implement core functions such as the generation and display of spatial photos?
If there are no public adaptive interfaces available at present, are there any other compliant technical solutions or alternative paths to achieve similar effects?
For third-party apps to integrate the spatial photo feature, are there any relevant development documents, technical specifications, or review requirements that need to be followed?
We have completed the basic function iteration of the app and have the technical capability to quickly adapt to new functions. We hope to receive guidance and support from your team to help us bring a better product experience to iOS users.
Attached are the relevant information of our app and the detailed report on interface compatibility during the test for your reference. If you need any further supplementary information, please feel free to inform us.
Thank you for reviewing this email in your busy schedule, and we look forward to your reply!

Hello,
I have an app approved and available on the app store, which one IAP approved and available on the app store. I want to update the app, and I followed the instructions which are to click on the "+" and chose a new version number.
I did that, but I have an issue. When selecting the build (which was tested on testflight), I cannot select the in-app purchase that was already on the last version and already approved.
Also, i'm wondering, why is it mandatory to put new screenshots of the app for a new version, is there a way to pick the screenshots of the last version ?
Thank you !
Hello everyone,
I’m currently working with the Message Filtering Extension and would really appreciate some clarification around its performance and operational constraints. While the extension is extremely powerful and useful, I’ve found that some important details are either unclear or not well covered in the available documentation.
There are two main areas I’m trying to understand better:
Machine learning model constraints within the extension
In our case, we already have an existing ML model that classifies messages (and are not dependant on Apple's built-in models). We’re evaluating whether and how it can be used inside the extension.
Specifically, I’m trying to understand:
Are there documented limits on the size of an ML model (e.g., maximum bundle size or model file size in MB)?
What are the memory constraints for a model once loaded into memory by the extension?
Under what conditions would the system terminate or “kick out” the extension due to memory or performance pressure?
Message processing timeouts and execution constraints
What is the timeout for processing a single received message?
At what point will the OS stop waiting for the extension’s response and allow the message by default (for example, if the extension does not respond in time)?
Any guidance, official references, or practical experience from Apple engineers or other developers would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Hi,
I’ve been invited to an Apple Developer account with the Developer role. I’ve already created a subscription in App Store Connect, but when I try to fetch available subscriptions in Xcode for in-app purchase, nothing appears to be available for purchase.

I purchased the Apple Developer Membership a few days ago and have been unable to access my account. In my account section on the web, it still has the button to complete my purchase, which I've already done and received an order confirmation from Apple for.
I've reached out to support by email, but haven't heard anything back.
Does anyone have any methods of resolving this or getting phone support?
Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, Jan 30th, 2025. The payment has already been successfully charged to my bank account, but my account is still showing “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership.”
It has been several days now, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional verification.
I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support via email, but I wanted to check here as well.
Has anyone else faced this issue recently?
How long did it take for your membership to become active?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

App Store Connect
Dear Apple Support,
We are experiencing an issue where iPhone-only apps (marked as "Designed for iPhone" in the App Store) are not appearing at all in the App Store on newer iPads running iPadOS 26.2 (A16 chip model), including in managed distributions via Apple Business Manager.
The app in question is X App, and it works fine on older iPads with previous iPadOS versions.
Is there a policy change or stricter enforcement starting from iPadOS 18 or later that prevents iPhone-only apps from being searchable, visible, or assignable on iPad devices (especially supervised/managed ones)?
If yes, does the developer need to update the app to Universal or add explicit iPad compatibility in App Store Connect for it to become available again?
We would appreciate any official reference or confirmation on this behavior.
Thank you for your assistance.
