Serious Quest: Are Your Apps Also Stuck in Review for Over a Month?
Please, I really need your feedback. Is anyone else experiencing extremely long App Review times lately? Some of my apps have been waiting for more than a month to be reviewed. I’m trying to understand if this is happening only to me or if other developers are facing the same issue. Also, I applied to join the App Store Small Business Program about 15 days ago and I still haven’t received any response. This is a serious question, so I would really appreciate hearing your experiences. How long are your apps currently taking to get reviewed, and how long did it take for you to get approved for the Small Business Program?

App Store payout calculation – sales vs proceeds & currency conversion confusion
I’m trying to understand how App Store Connect calculates payouts and currency conversion. For November, my report shows: Total Sales: $18.14 Proceeds: $12.45 However, the amount I actually received was 7.69 EUR. I’m confused about: How Apple goes from $12.45 proceeds to 7.69 EUR Which exchange rate is applied and on which date Whether additional fees, taxes, or adjustments are applied beyond Apple’s commission I’ve already tried contacting Apple by email, but I haven’t received any response yet. If anyone has experience with this or can explain how Apple calculates the final payout amount, I’d really appreciate your help.

Request for Better Support and Review Consistency
Hello Apple Team, Please, we need you to come back to the level of support and consistency we used to have. Right now, the review process and the assistance we’re receiving don’t reflect the standards we’ve known from Apple. Developers don’t deserve this style of support; long waits, unclear rejections, and no real answers. We rely on the App Store to run our businesses, and we simply need the professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness that Apple was always known for. Please help bring that quality back. We deserve better Thank you.

How long did your App Store Small Business Program enrollment take?
Hey everyone I submitted my enrollment for the App Store Small Business Program on February 18th and I'm still waiting for a decision no response yet even after following up. I know Apple doesn't publish an official timeline, so I wanted to ask the community: How long did it take for your enrollment to be approved (or rejected)? A few things that would help: How many days/weeks did you wait? Did you get any follow-up emails asking for more info, or was it just a straight approval? Is there anything you did that helped speed things up? Would really appreciate hearing your experiences it's a bit nerve-wracking waiting without any status update! Thanks in advance!

App is Live on App Store but Subscription Group Still “In Review” - Is This Normal?
Hi everyone, First of all, I’d like to thank the App Store Review team for the continuous effort and time they put into reviewing our apps, it’s truly appreciated. My iOS app has been approved and is already live on the App Store, however my subscription group and in-app subscription products are still marked as “Waiting for Review” in App Store Connect. I wanted to ask: Is it normal for the app binary to be approved before the subscription group? Has anyone experienced subscriptions staying in review while the app is already available? How long does subscription review usually take after the app goes live? All subscription metadata is complete (pricing, localizations, screenshots, and paywall implementation). Thanks in advance for any insights or shared experiences.

Please Review My App the Issue Fixed and Awaiting Approval
Hi, Please review my app I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my app review process. I was expecting a call last week but unfortunately didn’t receive any contact. Since then, I went ahead and resubmitted my app for review on Monday after fixing the reported issue. However, the app is still waiting for review and there hasn’t been any update. W-8BEN tax update sent via Contact Us — no response for over a week. What should I do?
Hi everyone, I submitted a request through Contact Us in App Store Connect to update my W-8BEN tax form more than a week ago. Since then, nothing has changed in my account and I haven’t received any reply. For those who’ve dealt with this before: Is this delay normal? Should I resubmit the request or wait? Is there a faster or correct way to get the tax update processed? Any advice or shared experience would really help. Thanks in advance.

Serious Question: Small Business Program?
Hey everyone, I applied for the App Store Small Business Program on February 18th and I still haven't heard anything back, that's almost 20 days now. Is this normal? How long did it take for those of you who got approved? I'm starting to wonder if my application even went through correctly. Would really appreciate hearing your experiences — especially if you applied recently. Did anyone else wait this long? Thanks
