Unable to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment payment (Turkey region)
Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program (Individual) from Turkey, but the payment is repeatedly declined at the final step. My bank confirms there is no problem on their side and that the charge is not being declined by them. What I have already tried, all with the same result: Multiple cards from 3 different banks 3 different browsers, plus Linux, Windows, and an iPhone The Apple Developer iOS app (as suggested by Apple Support over email) Matching the billing address exactly to my account address Removing Turkish characters from my name This looks like the known issue currently affecting Turkey-based enrollments, as many other developers are reporting the same problem in these forums. Could a member of Apple staff please review my account and manually process the enrollment if needed? Waiting Over 2 Months for Apple Developer Membership Conversion to Organisation
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice or shared experiences regarding the Apple Developer Program membership conversion process from an Individual membership to an Organization membership. I submitted my request more than two months ago, but the process still does not appear to have started. Current support cases: Case 102844790649 Case 102884491745 I have followed up multiple times, but several follow-up emails did not receive any response, which has made it difficult to understand the actual status of the request. I have already confirmed that: Two-factor authentication is enabled on my Apple Account My organization has a valid and publicly accessible website I am ready to proceed with the migration However, I still have not received confirmation that the migration has officially begun. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this process: Is it normal for the Individual → Organization membership conversion to take more than two months? Did you receive confirmation when the migration officially started? Were there any escalation methods that helped move the process forward? Is it safe to continue publishing apps while the migration request is pending? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Support emails are not being delivered
I’m experiencing an issue with Apple Developer Support communication. On the page Apple Developer Support Cases I can see updates and messages indicating that Apple Support specialists supposedly replied to my case. However, I never receive those emails in my inbox. The only emails that actually arrive to my Gmail account are automatic messages with the subject: “Thanks for submitting your support request” I checked: Spam folder Promotions/Social tabs Gmail filters Blocked addresses But there are still no replies from support specialists. Because of this, I cannot continue communication with support. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a specific Apple domain/email address that should be whitelisted? Apple Support team, please contact me directly.

Enrollment under review after I was already approved
My apple enrollment is under review I previously applied for the account and was approved. However I missed the email and tried to apply again and now my account is saying its under review and needs additional documentation. I sent over the documentation and have been waiting for a response. I am very confused as to why this is now happening considering I was already approved. The enrollment ID is AHTMWUCBA3. Can someone please help me?

Enrollment ID: 2556XS5J8X Entity type: Organization (LLC) State of incorporation: Florida, USA Timeline of events: May 2, 2026 — Submitted all required organization documents for enrollment May 6, 2026 — Enrollment account was blocked May 7, 2026 — Requested unblock; account was successfully restored May 7–21, 2026 — Status has remained: "Your enrollment is being processed" with no payment option, no follow-up email, and no further communication The core issue — verification calls blocked as spam: Over the past several days, I received multiple calls from unknown numbers that my iPhone automatically flagged and silenced as spam. I did not realize at the time that these were Apple's organization verification calls. By the time I identified the pattern, the calls had already stopped. I have since disabled the "Silence Unknown Callers" feature on my iPhone and my line is now fully open to receive calls. However, no further call attempts have been made. I understand that for organization enrollments, a verification call to the CEO/founder is required before the payment link is issued. I am available and ready to receive or schedule that call at any time. Business impact: Our iOS application is fully developed and ready for App Store submission. This enrollment delay is the only blocker preventing us from launching. Every week of delay represents direct lost revenue and a missed market window. I finished all the process and still nothing, the money has also been charged from my bank account. Also I contacted https://developer.apple.com/contact/ but I haven't received any answer from them. I don't know how to proceed.

A large number of developers seem to be stuck on essentially the same issue: the Apple Developer Program enrollment process simply isn't working, and Apple Support is either unresponsive or unable to resolve it. Here's my situation: I completed every step of the enrollment process correctly. When asked, I submitted my ID for verification and then submitted it again upon a second request. All my information has been verified, and I've received invoices confirming payment. I was told the process would take up to 48 hours. It has now been 1 week with no progress. Strangely, I even received a shipment tracking link, which makes no sense to me in the context of a digital developer account enrollment. What I genuinely don't understand is this: how is it possible that so many people - myself included - are stuck in the exact same loop, with no response from Apple Support, no working solution shared in the forums, and yet we're all being charged for a membership we can't actually access or use? I'm not trying to vent for the sake of it. I'd really appreciate it if: Anyone from Apple could clarify what's going on with enrollment processing right now. Anyone who managed to resolve this could share what actually worked for them (specific contact channels, escalation paths, anything). If there's a known issue on Apple's side, even an acknowledgment would go a long way. My Apple Developer account was recently terminated, which resulted in the removal of ScribeMe from the App Store without further notice. This is not just about an app disappearing from a store. Thousands of blind and visually impaired users rely on ScribeMe every day for independence, education, and daily life. ScribeMe helps users understand photos, documents, presentations, charts, diagrams, unfamiliar environments, and more through AI-powered accessibility tools. For many users, it is not a convenience, it is a necessity. When accessibility apps are suddenly removed, the impact goes far beyond business. We are effectively taking away tools that help blind people study independently, access visual information, and participate more equally in education and society. Many users depended on this app daily, and its sudden removal has left people without an important accessibility tool they relied on. We respectfully ask for someone from Apple to manually review the situation and carefully examine why the account termination occurred. We made every effort to follow all App Store guidelines, and we are fully willing to cooperate with Apple and quickly fix or address any issue that may have caused this situation. Accessibility-focused apps deserve human review and consideration because of the real impact they have on people’s lives. Accessibility is not a luxury, it is a necessity. We hope accessibility remains at the center of these decisions.

Organizational Apple Developer Account Transfer Stalled — Previous Account Holder Inaccessible
Hello everyone, We’re currently facing an issue with an existing Apple Developer Organization account tied to our company. The original account holder is no longer accessible/unavailable, and our organization needs ownership transferred so we can continue deployment and App Store operations. Over the past ~4 weeks we have: Submitted a CEO-signed authorization letter Contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times via phone/email Had the case escalated to a senior technician/team Been told we would receive a callback within a week However, we still have not received follow-up communication or resolution, and our app launch is currently blocked because we cannot access the organizational developer account. We are considering temporarily enrolling under an Individual Developer account to continue deployment while the organizational escalation remains pending. A few questions: Has anyone successfully gone through a manual organizational account holder reassignment? What was the actual timeline for resolution? Is there a more effective escalation path to Developer Program Operations? Would enrolling as an Individual account create issues later when transferring the app back to the organization account? How do I cancel my developer account
I have my primary apple account associated with email A and I created a separate email B for my app. I then created an apple developer account using email B and paid for the $99 subscription. Note that I enrolled in the developer program through the Apple Developer App on my phone which is signed into account A. Two months ago, I did not want my subscription to renew, so I tried visiting this link to can cancel it https://developer.apple.com/account#MembershipDetailsCard Unintuitively, this does not let me modify my membership participation, only contact details. I then tried canceling the subscriptions here by checking my subscriptions for both account A and account B https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions Unintuitively, I saw the developer subscription for the account associated with email A, not B, so I canceled it there. Today, I see the subscription as inactive and neither account A or B have an active developer subscription. As an added measure, I removed all saved billing information from account B so any subscription associated with that account shouldn't be able to charge me. Yesterday I received an email and credit card statement saying I was charged $99 for renewal. This seems to be a serious privacy and security issue given a. A nonexisting subscription on account B charged a credit card that account B should not have access to b. There is no indication whatsoever that account A and B are linked on the apple account page. If they are in fact linked since I enrolled in the developer program on a phone belonging to account A, it ought to be clearly shown on account A that this is the case since that is what I'm being billed for. c. What is the source of truth for apple subscriptions? Clearly not the subscriptions page owned by account A or account B in this case. I expect a full refund for this

Developer Program enrollment not completing - Apple Support unresponsive
Hi everyone, Before posting this, I spent a lot of time reading through existing threads here, and it's becoming clear that I'm far from alone. A large number of developers seem to be stuck on essentially the same issue: the Apple Developer Program enrollment process simply isn't working, and Apple Support is either unresponsive or unable to resolve it. Here's my situation: I completed every step of the enrollment process correctly. When asked, I submitted my ID for verification and then submitted it again upon a second request. All my information has been verified, and I've received invoices confirming payment. I was told the process would take up to 48 hours. It has now been 1 week with no progress. Strangely, I even received a shipment tracking link, which makes no sense to me in the context of a digital developer account enrollment. What I genuinely don't understand is this: how is it possible that so many people - myself included - are stuck in the exact same loop, with no response from Apple Support, no working solution shared in the forums, and yet we're all being charged for a membership we can't actually access or use? I'm not trying to vent for the sake of it. I'd really appreciate it if: Anyone from Apple could clarify what's going on with enrollment processing right now. Anyone who managed to resolve this could share what actually worked for them (specific contact channels, escalation paths, anything). If there's a known issue on Apple's side, even an acknowledgment would go a long way. Right now it feels like we've paid for a service that simply doesn't deliver, with no way to reach anyone who can help. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this. Best regards

ScribeMe’s removal from App Store
My Apple Developer account was recently terminated, which resulted in the removal of ScribeMe from the App Store without further notice. This is not just about an app disappearing from a store. Thousands of blind and visually impaired users rely on ScribeMe every day for independence, education, and daily life. ScribeMe helps users understand photos, documents, presentations, charts, diagrams, unfamiliar environments, and more through AI-powered accessibility tools. For many users, it is not a convenience, it is a necessity. When accessibility apps are suddenly removed, the impact goes far beyond business. We are effectively taking away tools that help blind people study independently, access visual information, and participate more equally in education and society. Many users depended on this app daily, and its sudden removal has left people without an important accessibility tool they relied on. We respectfully ask for someone from Apple to manually review the situation and carefully examine why the account termination occurred. We made every effort to follow all App Store guidelines, and we are fully willing to cooperate with Apple and quickly fix or address any issue that may have caused this situation. Accessibility-focused apps deserve human review and consideration because of the real impact they have on people’s lives. Accessibility is not a luxury, it is a necessity. We hope accessibility remains at the center of these decisions.

Organizational Apple Developer Account Transfer Stalled — Previous Account Holder Inaccessible
Hello everyone, We’re currently facing an issue with an existing Apple Developer Organization account tied to our company. The original account holder is no longer accessible/unavailable, and our organization needs ownership transferred so we can continue deployment and App Store operations. Over the past ~4 weeks we have: Submitted a CEO-signed authorization letter Contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times via phone/email Had the case escalated to a senior technician/team Been told we would receive a callback within a week However, we still have not received follow-up communication or resolution, and our app launch is currently blocked because we cannot access the organizational developer account. We are considering temporarily enrolling under an Individual Developer account to continue deployment while the organizational escalation remains pending. A few questions: Has anyone successfully gone through a manual organizational account holder reassignment? What was the actual timeline for resolution? Is there a more effective escalation path to Developer Program Operations? Would enrolling as an Individual account create issues later when transferring the app back to the organization account? Any insight or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

How do I cancel my developer account
I have my primary apple account associated with email A and I created a separate email B for my app. I then created an apple developer account using email B and paid for the $99 subscription. Note that I enrolled in the developer program through the Apple Developer App on my phone which is signed into account A. Two months ago, I did not want my subscription to renew, so I tried visiting this link to can cancel it https://developer.apple.com/account#MembershipDetailsCard Unintuitively, this does not let me modify my membership participation, only contact details. I then tried canceling the subscriptions here by checking my subscriptions for both account A and account B https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions Unintuitively, I saw the developer subscription for the account associated with email A, not B, so I canceled it there. Today, I see the subscription as inactive and neither account A or B have an active developer subscription. As an added measure, I removed all saved billing information from account B so any subscription associated with that account shouldn't be able to charge me. Yesterday I received an email and credit card statement saying I was charged $99 for renewal. This seems to be a serious privacy and security issue given a. A nonexisting subscription on account B charged a credit card that account B should not have access to b. There is no indication whatsoever that account A and B are linked on the apple account page. If they are in fact linked since I enrolled in the developer program on a phone belonging to account A, it ought to be clearly shown on account A that this is the case since that is what I'm being billed for. c. What is the source of truth for apple subscriptions? Clearly not the subscriptions page owned by account A or account B in this case. I expect a full refund for this

App Review Stuck in “In Review” for Several (15) Days – Unable to Release (App ID: 676214516)
Hello, My app Wecheerup 360 Booth (App ID: 676214516, bundle ID: com.wecheerup.wecheerup360booth.ios) has been stuck in the App Review process for longer than expected. Version 1.0.3 was submitted on April 13, 2026 and has been in “In Review” status for over 15 days. There are no messages in the Resolution Center and all metadata appears to be complete on my side.
