Identity verification repeatedly fails - "unclear or obscured" after 10 attempts (Case 20000133539681)
Update: the issue is still not resolved. Developer Support (Taylor) reset and re-provisioned my account, and I retried the enrollment afterwards as instructed. The identity verification step still fails. Summary of what I have done: Approximately 10 separate verification attempts in total. Two different valid, unexpired government-issued documents: my driver's license and my national ID card (T.C. Kimlik Karti). Front and back captures for each document. Multiple sessions, different lighting conditions, plain matte backgrounds, correct distance, sharp focus, no glare, no shadows, document fully inside the frame. Every attempt returns the same error: "Upload Error - Your identity couldn't be verified because the image you submitted is unclear or obscured." Already verified on my side: Two-factor authentication is enabled on my Apple Account. The name on my Apple Account matches my legal name on my ID documents exactly. I am using my own personal iPhone, not a shared device. I am entering only my own personal information. I have exhausted everything within my control and the generic error message gives me nothing actionable. Could someone please: Tell me the specific reason my identity verification keeps failing? Enable an alternative identity verification method for my account, or provide a way to submit my ID documents manually for review? Case number: 20000133539681 Region: Turkiye Enrollment type: Individual Thank you.

Apple Developer Program payment charged, but membership not activated
Hi Apple Developer Support, I have been trying to resolve an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment since August 12. I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership through the Apple Developer app, and the membership fee was successfully charged. However, my membership was never activated, and the website is now asking me to purchase the membership again. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times by email and requested several callbacks, but I have not received any answer. I have also been unable to request a refund for this purchase through Apple’s standard refund system. Enrollment ID: 6V658K4K2K Case #: 20000135552700 @Apple @AppleSupport, could you please review my enrollment and locate the payment that has already been charged? I need either my existing payment applied to my Developer Program enrollment or the membership fee refunded so I can enroll again through the website. I would really appreciate help resolving this, as I have already been waiting for a week without access to the membership I paid for. Thank you.

We could not validate your identity" app will not allow resubmission, enrollment blocked 2 months (Case #102895344856))
Case #102895344856 I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual. My enrollment has been blocked for approximately two months and I have not been able to get a resolution. What happened, in order: Enrollment was first blocked with an error stating the device was already enrolled as a trusted device on another Apple Account. I am the Account Holder of a separate organization account under my employer, and my devices had been trusted on that account. I removed my phone number and devices from that other account so that they are now associated only with this personal Apple Account. I attempted enrollment on the web. It failed. I attempted enrollment through the Apple Developer app on a device now trusted only to this Apple Account, and submitted my passport. The result was: "Contact Us to Continue There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support." ID Verfication Rejected on the enroll button The Apple Developer app now does not allow me to resubmit my passport or retry verification. It only displays a message to contact support. I have contacted support repeatedly. Replies arrive every 4–10 days, and my most recent message from Aug 11 has gone unanswered for 8 days. I have also called three times on three different days, waiting approximately 3 hours on each day, and no one answered. I am requesting: The specific reason my identity verification did not pass, so I can correct whatever is wrong. Either the alternative identity verification method referenced at developer.apple.com/support/identity-verification, or a reset of my verification status so I can resubmit through the app.

Prolonged Apple Developer Program Enrollment & Refund Delays
Subject: Prolonged Apple Developer Program Enrollment & Refund Delays I'm looking for advice regarding a Developer Program case that has been ongoing for over four months. After purchasing an individual membership, I requested to migrate it to my company's organization account. Following repeated requests for the same information and multiple delays, I was told migration wasn't possible because I'm not the legal owner. I then requested a refund, followed every instruction (including removing all removable developer assets), but was later informed of an additional eligibility condition that had not been disclosed earlier. Following Apple's guidance, the company owner purchased a new organization membership, which is also experiencing unexpected delays. I'm not asking anyone to discuss internal Apple processes—I'm simply wondering: Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to request a higher-level review of a prolonged Developer Program case? I've intentionally omitted all personal information and case details. Any advice would be appreciated.

Waiting for Apple Developer Support response for 2 days
I have been waiting for a response from Apple Developer Support for the last 2 days regarding my enrollment issue. I have already contacted Apple Support and received a case ID (20000139695249), but I still haven't received any response from the support team. I have also tried contacting Apple Support by phone, spending around 2 hours each day, but I have still been unable to reach someone who can resolve the issue. My enrollment is currently blocked because I am unable to complete the email verification, and the system is showing “Contact us to continue enrollment.” Has anyone recently faced a similar issue? How long did Apple Developer Support take to respond to your case? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Can't accept Apple Developer invite
My company has sent us the "You're invited to join a development team." invite email for app testing. Clicking it leads to this page: "Sign in to accept your invitation You have been invited to join a team in the Apple Developer Program. As a member, you'll have access to resources, such as beta software and App Store Connect, for creating and distributing apps for Apple platforms." Clicking "Sign in with Apple Account", however, simply leads back to/refreshes the same page. There appears to be no way out of this loop. How do I accept this invite?

Apple Developer enrollment still Pending 5 days after €99 payment — order remains processing
Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and would appreciate help from Apple staff or anyone who has experienced the same situation. I enrolled as an Individual through the Apple Developer website and completed the €99 payment on August 8, 2026 at approximately 21:57 (Portugal time). Today is August 13, 2026, so five days have passed since the purchase. The situation is currently: Apple successfully created my €99 Apple Developer Program order. I received an official Apple Store email confirming that the order is being processed. The order has not been cancelled. I have received no refund. I have received no payment rejection. The Apple Store order page still shows the order as active and processing. The order page even displays a delivery-style progress bar with Processing → Preparing to Ship → Shipped → Delivered, although this is a digital Apple Developer Program membership. My Apple Developer account still shows “Pending”. The account page still displays “Purchase your membership” and “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process”, even though the membership was already purchased five days ago. So Apple Store appears to have an active paid order, while the Apple Developer system behaves as if the membership has not been purchased. I contacted Apple Developer Support. Case ID: 20000133984820 The first response I received after waiting several days did not explain what happened to the existing payment or order. I was instead advised to resubmit the enrollment through the Apple Developer app. However, this does not answer the main issue: What happened to the existing €99 purchase, and why has it remained unresolved for five days? I also currently do not have access to an iPhone, iPad, or compatible Mac, so simply restarting the enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not a practical solution for me. The web enrollment is an officially supported enrollment method, and the purchase through that method has already been completed. I have replied to Developer Support requesting escalation and asking them to investigate: whether the €99 payment was successfully captured; whether the order is correctly linked to my enrollment; why the order is still being processed; whether any identity/payment verification is required; and whether the existing enrollment can be manually reviewed and activated. My application is ready for release, including real-device testing, and this unresolved enrollment is now directly blocking the launch. I am fully willing to complete any legitimate identity, address, or payment verification Apple requires. I am also available for a telephone call if Developer Support needs to verify any information. I am not looking for a workaround or a way to bypass verification. I simply need Apple to either process the enrollment I already paid for, tell me exactly what additional verification is required, or explain clearly what has happened to the existing payment/order. Has anyone recently experienced this exact situation — payment completed, order still processing, account Pending, and “Purchase your membership” still displayed after several days? If anyone from Apple Developer Relations sees this, I would greatly appreciate a review or escalation of Case ID 20000133984820. Thank you.

Duplicate Payment and Enrollment Not Activated
Hello, I am currently trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and I seem to have encountered an issue. I completed the enrollment process and made the payment of $99. I received a payment confirmation, but my enrollment has not been activated after 46 hours. When I checked the status, it still indicated that payment was required, so I mistakenly made a second payment. I have now received confirmation for both payments. Here are my order details: First order ID: D009543166 Second order ID: D009549194 Could you please: Confirm the status of my enrollment Help activate my Apple Developer account Advise on the duplicate payment and process a refund if applicable Thank you for your assistance. Team ID removed after June 30 identity check — cannot accept updated license agreement or submit updates (live app)
Hello, I have a live App Store app (WXStation Connect, iOS 2.7.2 Ready for Distribution) and I have not been able to submit updates since 15 July 2026. Team ID: YAKUA2CJSP Case: 102942740043 On 30 June 2026 I was asked to resubmit identity and address verification. I sent the documents the same day. On 15 July the team was removed from my account. Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles returns: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'YAKUA2CJSP' to which you belong. App Store Connect still shows the app. Developer Support has had the case since late July and says it is with the operational team. I am not trying to enroll again. I only need the existing team restored so I can update a published app. If an Apple engineer can route this, I would be grateful. Thank you, Ignacio

Paid Developer account corrupted: Account Holder sync broken, unresolved for 2 months
Paid Apple Developer account identity sync broken — unresolved for 2 months despite multiple support tickets My Apple ID is an active, paid Apple Developer Program account. Symptoms: App Store Connect shows warning "Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated". Navigate to developer.apple.com account page, it shows “Enroll Now” instead of my existing membership details. Click Enroll Now → error: "Your Apple ID is already associated with Account Holder access for another membership." Cannot sign‑in this account inside Xcode. I cannot find any entry to accept the updated license agreement. This issue has been open for nearly TWO MONTHS. I have opened multiple support tickets and contacted Apple Developer Support repeatedly. Every follow‑up results in generic template replies, no actual backend investigation, and the account state is still broken. I cannot accept the agreement, cannot use my paid developer membership normally. Request: Please escalate this case to senior membership engineering team to repair corrupted account binding data on Apple’s side. Team ID: 6LGWKK7G43

Developer Account Terminated for "Fraud" With No Explanation — No Response After 1.5 Weeks, Role Also Changed to "Finance" Without My Action
Hi everyone, I'm reaching out because I'm stuck and hoping someone from the community — or Apple — can help. On July 28, 2026, I received a termination letter for my Apple Developer Program membership. The letter cites Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement and states that Apple has "good reason to believe" I violated it due to "documented indications of fraudulent conduct." However, the letter provides no specific details, no examples, and no explanation of what conduct triggered this decision. It explicitly states it's "not intended to be a complete statement of the facts." I immediately opened a support ticket (Case ID: 20000122541025) asking for clarification and to appeal the decision. It has now been 1.5 weeks with zero response beyond the automated acknowledgment email. To make things more concerning: I noticed that my role on the team is now showing as "Finance", even though I am the Account Holder. I did not make this change myself, and I have no explanation for how or when it happened. This makes me wonder if there was unauthorized access to my account, and whether that could be connected to whatever triggered the "fraud" determination. I've since: Submitted a follow-up through the "Need assistance with accessing your developer account" contact form Checked my Apple ID security settings for signs of unauthorized access Been waiting for any kind of substantive response Has anyone else experienced: A termination for "fraudulent conduct" with zero specifics provided? Their account role being changed without their knowledge? Long response delays (1.5+ weeks) on Developer Program Support tickets for termination appeals? Any advice on how to escalate this, or realistic expectations on response time, would be greatly appreciated. This has real business impact and I'd like to understand what actually happened before accepting a decision I don't have visibility into. Thanks in advance.

Apple App Reviews
After waiting on the phone for 3 hours, a rep answered and claimed headset issues and then just hung up and hasn’t bothered to call back. Not sure what sort of service I can expect here bust can anyone tell me why App Reviews take so long? They claim they are completed in 24-48 hours. It’s been nearly a week and nothing… Any help here will be greatly appreciated.

Unable to start Apple Developer Program enrollment — same error with two different Apple Accounts
Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual, but I cannot even start the enrollment process. When I go to developer.apple.com/account and click “Enroll today”, I immediately get: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. The error appears immediately after clicking “Enroll today”, before I reach the enrollment form, payment, or identity verification. What I’ve already checked Apple Account is a regular personal account Two-factor authentication is enabled Legal first and last name are correct Date of birth is correct Trusted phone number is verified Country/Region: Serbia Valid Serbian residential address Serbian payment method and billing address Successfully registered as a free Apple Developer The most interesting part is that I reproduced the exact same problem with two different Apple Accounts. The first account is my existing Apple Account. I then created a completely new Apple Account, configured it with the same Serbian personal and billing information, registered it as a free Apple Developer, and tried to enroll — the exact same error appears immediately. Developer app I also checked the Apple Developer app. The Enroll Now button is disabled and the app says: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/.” So currently: Web: Enroll today → immediate error Developer app: Enrollment unavailable for this Apple Account I have also contacted Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t received a response. Has anyone in Serbia recently been able to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual? Has anyone encountered this exact combination of: immediate error after clicking “Enroll today” on the web; Developer app enrollment unavailable; the same issue reproduced with multiple Apple Accounts? I’m trying to determine whether this is an account eligibility issue, a Serbia-specific issue, or a current backend/enrollment problem. Any information from someone who recently enrolled from Serbia would be especially helpful. Thank you!

Unable to complete Apple Developer Program renewal
Hi everyone, Has anyone experienced a similar issue with an Apple Developer Program membership renewal? On July 20, 2026, I received an email from Apple confirming that my membership had been successfully renewed until July 20, 2027. My credit card also showed a charge from APPLE.COM, which matches the Apple Developer Program membership fee. However, eight days later, I received another email saying that Apple was unable to collect the payment after several attempts, and my Apple Developer Program access was disabled. I’m confused because: Apple previously confirmed that the renewal was successful. The membership expiration date was updated to July 20, 2027. My credit card shows a transaction from APPLE.COM. And And I contacted the bank that issued my credit card. They said Apple hasn't sent a bill for this purchase. So I have tried to enroll but website display "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." Any advice from someone who has experienced this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Apple Developer Support, I have been trying to resolve an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment since August 12.
Apple Developer enrollment still Pending 5 days after €99 payment — order remains processing
Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and would appreciate help from Apple staff or anyone who has experienced the same situation. So Apple Store appears to have an active paid order, while the Apple Developer system behaves as if the membership has not been purchased. I contacted Apple Developer Support. Case ID: 20000133984820 The first response I received after waiting several days did not explain what happened to the existing payment or order. Best regards, Kobe Shust

Thank you.
